I have been a patient of Alan for 5+ years now and can safely say he is the most knowledgeable physio I have ever used. Whether its diagnosis, treatment or a recovery plan, Alan explains everything in a manner which is friendly, super informative and easy to understand.During my time with Alan he has treated a plethora of injuries (shoulder, knee, spine) which has enabled me to return to training safely and pain free.He has also relieved my chronic neck pain when I was told my only option was surgery.Honestly can't recommend him enough.....excellent physio.

I have been seeing Tom for just over a year now following a hip operation. Tom has been a huge part of my recovery, helping me get my strength back and also adjust my daily routine to suit my current health needs. Tom is very informative, always listens to what you have to say and takes you seriously. Tom is also pretty chill and is easy to get a long with. Super grateful for all the support I have received with my recovery. I would defiantly recommend booking in to see Tom :)

I had my initial consultation with Rebekah. She is friendly, professional and listened thoughtfully. Rebekah was informative, gentle but firm when she was releasing some of my tense muscles, and provided me with a couple of easy exercises to get a start with at home. I left feeling like I had been heard and treated with dignity. I will be happily returning to continue treatment with her.

Today i was seen by Michael in regards to back and shoulder pain. He was efficient and knowledgeable while he was diagnosing the issues I've been facing over the last couple of weeks, while giving me easy movements/ exercises to follow while i recover. Before i left my shoulder and back was already feeling a lot better. I would recommend seeing him to anyone that is suffering at the moment. Im looking forward to my follow up next week.Thanks Micheal you were great and also really professional.

First session with Declan was great! He was a great listener who showed genuine interest in my concerns. He was very patient and very thorough in his diagnosis. He explained everything as he went along and made it very easy to understand! Definitely coming back to see him again!
