We still do not have our books and just got told nothing would be delivered until late February. My problem with this company is not that they had a problem, rather its their total disregard for the customer. There has been no communication, instead we have to wait on the phone for eternity and then receive rude service. We have now asked for a refund, and will get the books elsewhere. I will also be making my thoughts about this company clear to the school.

EDSCO is the nominated supplier for school resources etc in our area. Their service is truly appalling and the behaviour of their manager/staff is unbelievingly agressive and unprofessional when you try to find out what is happening with orders.I recently placed an order for school resources for my children. The order was placed in good time and paid for on the same day. I tried numerous times to find out where the order is but only received an email from the manager 2 days before school starts explaining that the order will be with me the next day. It did not arrive and now my children are going to school with no books.The manager attached and insulted me for being unreasonable despite her previous apologies for the late processing of the order and even blamed me for not receiving the order as I should have known better and rather collected it in person than wait for for the post?!?!? Her words it is Australia Post's fault

Ordering school book packs online is easy enough, however there have been changes since last year. Books ordered in November used to turn up before the end of term 4. Now we still pay in November but are not given a delivery until before 21st January ". This is most unhelpful over school holidays and trying to get organized. Plus if we go away I'll have to pick up from the post office which defeats the whole purpose of ordering online and getting things delivered. You can't leave instructions for the courier to leave your parcel either."

Terrible service, and the second time in 3 years that we've had to order from them (due to the school using them for booklists) that we have had a problem.3 years ago (first order with them), the books were meant to be delivered to the school, however, when my son started the teachers said that his books had not been delivered so they were supplying him with books that had been left by previous students. I called Edsco to be told by them that the books had been confirmed as being delivered to the school, and after checking with the school again, was told by Edsco that because the books had been marked as delivered that they would not resupply or provide a refund.This year I placed an order with Edsco on the 9th January (they were not open over the period up until then, and I believe were on holidays from the 22nd of December), expecting that they should be ready within the week, and that I would be picking them up so that there was no chance of them disappearing again. I called them today (17th January) to be told that the books would not be ready until AT LEAST (emphasis on that, repeated for my benefit) the end of the week (school starting next week), or probably later than that.I cancelled my order, and now will have to find somewhere else to purchase the books from.I guess Officeworks is my next best choice at this stage, but I will never order books from them again, and highly recommend that anyone else who is considering it be very careful with delivery addresses and times.Update: After cancelling my order with Edsco I was able to order books and stationery from other suppliers and have them in my hands within a few hours.

Ordered in November for deliver January. No delivery and appalling customer service. Like many other parents now going to Creditcard company for refund. Using Officeworks next year. Taxes should pay for stuff like pens and books anyway.

Ordered book packs 19th November before the deadline for “guaranteed” delivery before school starts, then get a generic email a few days ago after hearing nothing to say the book packs won’t be ready until the second day of school!!! No other communication in two months and all the time sat on our money. Appalling customer service and business. They did offer a refund but that would take 10days to come through, leaving little time to organise anything else. Pathetic

I ordered on 9 November 2017. It is now week 6 of term 1 with still no book packs in sight. What an absolutely hopeless company. I have to call to find out what's happening only to be fobbed off with a new pack of lies on each occasion. Never again will I order from you and I have provided the school with updates on this sorry state of affairs.

OMG! 11 phone calls, and all I get is busy tone. I finally get through on call 12, have listened to 3 minutes of advertising blurb then after 10 minutes of the phone ringing, it clicks off. Appalling service. If it is that busy at this time of year then they should have casual staff on hand to help out.
