Also the welcoming environment and the like-family members and trainers.It’s one of the important choices in my life and will be in yours when you join, see and feel the results .Bft is not just better, they are the best.

BFT Mildura isn't just a gym, it is a fun and friendly environment that motivates you to be your best. The trainers are all approachable, friendly and know how to push you to your limit. All the gym goers are also so supportive and amazing! There are a variety of classes that target different areas of your body each day, alternating between cardio and strength to give you the perfect balance for overall body fitness while giving your body time to recover. Results are guaranteed and I recommend BFT to everyone considering getting into fitness.

They use exercise science to help you achieve your goals and in a manner that is very easy to understand for the everyday person. More importantly, the BFT Mildura community is welcoming, inclusive, diverse, supportive, and fun. We work hard and play even harder. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

This review isn't so much for the studio itself or the business, but for one of the trainers. The head trainer there, Ben, is probably one of the best trainers I've ever worked with. I've been trying to lose weight on and off for genuinely almost 10 years and never ever have I encountered someone with as much knowledge, energy, compassion or integrity as him. He knows what he's talking about, he puts his money where his mouth is and he genuinely wants to help people. Ben is 100% an asset to not only the company but to the industry as a whole and without him I never would have been able to get my a** into gear! Thank you Ben!

BFT mildura is very welcoming, friendly, supporting and encouraging place to be apart of. You're made to feel very welcomed at your first class.The coaches are great, they pay attention to you and will correct you if your form is wrong or they can see your slacking off and will push you and encourage you to go that little bit harder to get the most out of your workout. It's a bloody great family to be apart of.

I highly recommend BFT Mildura. The gym caters to all fitness level and the community/members/trainers are all very friendly and supportive. With the help of the trainers, i was able to get my fitness back on track and get into shape quicker than expected. The perks of training there, they have a smoothie/juice/coffeee bar which you can enjoy before or after your workout.

Great place to train, fun classes, excellent coaches. Highly recommend if you like group training in an active environment. Coaches modify all exercises for you if you have injuries / concerns. Also has a smoothie bar! Thanks BFT Mildura.
