Pedders Suspension & Brakes Blacktown

How can you justify having a car all day for a $28 Brakes, Steering & Suspension Check?The 1 star is not on there work, I've never had work done by them and probably never will

I got my suspension done on my Nissan Navara and how good was Stefanie with the help prior to the job getting done on my car and with her and Nick's knowledge and help combined is priceless.My car drives, tows, handles way better than factory spec suspension and thanks to the team that also carried out the work on my Navara.I love the way my car handles and feels all thanks to the pedders team in Blacktown.

Went in for a wheel alignment. Was promptly seen too and the job seems to have been done satisfactorily. There is a small waiting room with tv, vending and coffee machines. Service very friendly. Does not accept American express card, otherwise would have been 5 stars

Absolute disgrace of a business, long waiting times , staff are unskilled , extortionate prices for the service and the disrespect you recieve.. this establishment should not be under the pedders franchise for its poor performance and gives people false pretense that its getting the pedders quality service .. #STAYAWAY

I have to say that the office manager is very friendly. But I have to say as well that there is room to improve customer experience. I have frequently use the $28 Essential Safety Check and many times I have Pedders fix the issues identified on a separate booking. However, at the time of this review, he has asked me to book the car for a day, to leave it in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. Admittedly, the safety check will only take 10-15mins. I understand that $28 is not big business for them, but it is a service Pedders offer. I am told by the office manager that they just do it in between their other booked jobs. If a customer has to go without a car for a whole day for 15mins inspection, I can only speak for myself that it is not a positive experience. Imagine the logistics cost (Uber or taxi) of leaving and getting back to pickup the car. I sure hope that this will change down the track.4/2/2023 - Response to the owner:Thank you for your reply below. Pedders Blacktown's workmanship is not in doubt. I had great experience from the same shop in the past. The point of the feedback is on customer experience and delight. When you think about it, I will book my car for the $28 check, but I have to leave my car in the morning (as advised), pay for a taxi or Uber back home, wait a call from you, then take another taxi or Uber to your shop to pick up the car. I wonder how you would feel if you put yourself in my shoes. I personally do not mind to sit in your waiting area and do some work on my laptop while I wait. This is the customer experience I hope the business will seriously think about. I am happy to take on your offer and will be calling your business to book for the job and I hope that I would be able to change this review to 5 stars.

Great service. Don't go anywhere else for brakes or suspension.

Picked up my Audi S3 from the team at Pedders- Blacktown and I am delighted!Awesome crew - easy going as well as open and honest. This was my first encounter with them. Highly recommend for all suspension and brake related work!

In response to request that I got within the reply here, I did send an email to the address mentioned and got no reply. I have voiced my disapproval with the staff member that handled organisation of the work and got agreeance in that I was misled with incorrect information and parts that weren't refitted when they were supposed to be.
