It's refreshing to find a TV tech who doesn't mind explaining the problem is with your set; and doesn't mess about - just gets on with fixing it.My TV was going to pieces on just some channels - the Nine network mostly. Past TVs have just lost all the channels so I think this one was different. He fixed it in a couple of days. My past experience in other places has been that it's usually at least a couple of weeks - not days.Highly recommended if you want it fixed quickly and properly.

Good service. Needed some Samsung parts for my tv. They sorted it out right away. Just had to wait for the part on the slow boat from China, which isn't their fault. Brilliant service and good knowledge of products they service.
