I had my cracked windscreen replaced in May last year and at the time I was reasonably happy with the work that was performed, apart from finding a piece of cardboard packaging left in the engine bay. A month ago the driver assistance system started to display fault messages so when I took the car to the BMW dealer they discovered that when the windscreen had been replaced the cameras had not been properly refitted so over time they fell loose and were obscured. It cost me $530 to have the cameras refitted properly. I rang O’Briens to discuss and spoke with Jess who took all the details and said she would pass on to the branch who would phone me. Crickets.I then put a review on the O’Briens website which has been verified but has not appeared.

Came out, incorrectly installed a windshield and damaged my car. Blamed their parts for the poor fitment quality (I was told I was getting 1:1 OEM). Roseville re-booked the repair, just to cancel it last minute on the day of repair. Since then, management and staff have been on holidays or simply not picking up the phone. I have called head office, only to be re-rerouted to another employee at Roseville who promised a callback. Never got the call. Now i obviously am angry and upon calling the store manager he had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to get annoyed at me. If I knew it would be this painful, I would have never opted to get work carried out with O'brians - even if it was free.EDIT: the area manage contacted me to rectify the problem. Rik did a great job of fixing the issue, was a man of his word, went above & beyond, however the installer on the day STILL managed to incorrectly install my windshield ( used excessive sealer ). He had to take my windshield off and do it again (lol)It took obrians 3 times to install a windshield properly over three scheduled appointments with the help of 5 staff members, with only one (Rik) being competent. Yikes.

If you want a stressful difficult experience this is the place to go. I called to get a quote and was told it'd be 8 weeks but they'd get to me in four weeks to get a quote. They assured me they meet that timeframe which was tight for my rego but manageable. I called after five weeks, wife in hospital with our baby and rego looming to be told they didn't know why the person I spoke to had told me that, that they actually weren't taking new customers and that it would be 8 weeks before I'd even get a call back. They offered me their apologies which was about as useful as the rest of their 'customer service'. I've actually never been bothered to write a bad review before but these guys motivated me with this terrible experience. When I called a local mob in Artarmon I got in within 24 hours. Don't make the same mistake as me waiting for these guys.

These guys went above and beyond expectations when my insurance company mistakenly cancelled my appointment. They even came out on a public holiday to finish the repair. Really nice team, very professional work, and determined to make sure I was looked after. Top marks!

Having recently had an accident with a work vehicle, Obriens promptly and professionally replaced the rear windscreen. Later in the day we realised the technician had forgotten to return some items to the boot of the car. We rang the manager Mark who agreed to stay behind an extra half hour after closing time to make sure our goods were received. Thanks again Mark!!

Rear windshield repaired in my Land Rover disco 4. Glass installed was damaged. minor scratches on my tailgate, even though I covered it all up with bedsheets. Glass bits floating inside my tailgate. trim not replaced correctly. Finally, booked for the glass to be replaced. I was asked to wait from 8am till 12 noon for someone to come out, I was told I was the first job when I rang to see where he was at 9:50. Now at 12 midday after waiting an entire morning I rang to be told the technician is sick and they will reschedule. Utter garbage. For a large firm like this the workmanship is poor, the service is worse.

I had never had cause to go to a vehicle Glass Repair/Replacement shop before, but because I lived fairly close to their Roseville branch, I decided to visit O’Brien Roseville.From the moment of first contact with one of the guys there, the customer experience was really first rate. The job I needed done was a small one, but it required certain amount of expertise and experience.I needed on old interior rear-view mirror removed and a new one stuck on and, with a job like this there are always certain pitfalls. Mark was great from the beginning. He advised me of the risks involved but also instilled me with the confidence that, not only had I come to the right place, I was speaking to the right person. He was kind enough to fit my car in that very same day and I brought it into him that evening and everything went smoothly.It took all of about 10 minutes to get the job done and I could honestly have not felt more welcome in a store as a new customer. I do not say this lightly but I would absolutely and categorically recommend anyone who need anything vehicle glass related to visit this store and speak to Mark who deserves 10 STAR’s all to himself! The other staff there like Tim were also excellent. You do not find this level of customer service here in Sydney….. 5 STARS
