This is the second time I’ve been to Firestorm and have left feeling overwhelmed with the awesome service and great food.Chris the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after and the kitchen team just delivered quality dish after dish after dish!We will be back for sure!Oh did I mention the bar staff who were next level.Thanks everyone see you all again soon

Seats located on slippery floor not suitable for larger people, moved to stools which was a lot better but my party of 3 were then taking up a table for 6. Lucky we were the only ones there at a 6:45pm booking after this experience I can see whyOrdered in on app and somehow mistakenly went through to be a takeaway order. Need a better order system as it does not allow for addition or subtraction.Out of all the food we orderedNachos plainPork ribs and friesTaco cold slaw and fries$86 only enjoyed one taco (chicken)One of the people that accompanied me were told there was no fries then 2 minutes later my order came out with fries.Great portions poor quality.Staff were very friendly but definitely could door with some more training on how to run a business.Probably won’t be back

Fast and friendly service, large portion sizes for the price, great innovative ordering process, you scan the QR code and browse the full menu and order online. Simple yet effective.Will be going back for sure.

The kitchen needs to pay more attention to their meal dockets as they forgot a main meal at our table. We had to ask twice for the meal. The rest of the table had completely finished eating when it finally arrived.Other than that the meals were nice and it was a good atmosphere.

The food was really good, but I found a staple in our pulled pork loaded chips. They treated it really well when I mentioned it, but its still a very dangerous thing especially if a kid was eating it.

An excellent restaurant and venue.Great Mexican style food that not only looked amazing but was outstanding. I can now see why it's so popular.NOTE: They do not take phone bookings, ALL booking must be onlineNOTE: your meals are all ordered online , yes, no wait staff take orders. However, you can order at your table using a,QRcode.. There is a *notes* section at end of your online order if you need to advise of allergies or just add comments for your order.You select your meals online via QRcode, enter your table number, pay online and the wait staff start bring your meals out.Drinks must however be ordered ( the regular way not online ) at the bar, so you go to the bar and order and PAY for drinks at the bar.

The pulled apart pork / chicken was cold in the tacos.The restaurant was very cold needs better heating.Service was averageThe music was loud when we first sat down, later the music was turned down as more people arrived.

Paid for a meal and show including free cocktail guess what no cocktail out of all the items on the menu we got a bowl of chips little corn cob an 2 little tacos all for $70 pp we won't be back

Nice modern industrial decor, good music playing , There is a stage for Live music but we had pre-recorded music which was uplifting, the food was modern Mexican which I think was good and tasty, there is beer on tap cocktails mixed drinks and so forth, staff were friendly and attentive I saw a kids menu so kids are welcomed, upstairs seating is more upmarket we stayed downstairs on a long bench style with high chairs which was ok with us, overall a nice relaxing place for a bite to eat .
