I travel from Melbourne to come to Cassidy’s in Cromer, Sydney. Cassidy’s are that good! I love Geoff’s master cut and so does my hair! Geoff knows it all with so much experience in cutting hair. Nicky’s team are also great with other services too. They do it all. Look no further. Go to Cassidy’s if you are looking for the very best award winning salon in a lovely reasonably priced salon!

I love this place. I have used their services three times now and every time I have been encouraged to return due to their reasonably priced treatments and down to earth friendly manner. I never feel pressured to buy products and always feel listened to.

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. Asked to keep it long. Hairdresser asked if I liked it long over the ears. I said yes. He proceeds to use a razor to cut my hair to the worst shape and the most short it’s been for decades. All the while he smelled like cigarettes, ran frantically around the shop talking to people mid-cut, and it cost me $70. Have a new job on Monday and I look like I’ve been attacked by a live lawnmower and narrowly escaped

I had an appointment with Molly today in the beautiful new Cromer salon the service was amazing the whole appointment, I wanted a big colour change, Molly talked me through the process, took her time and by the end the session the colour exceeded all expectations. super happy with the results the colour is absolutely perfect highly recommend Cassidy’s and Molly for colour!

My daughter wanted a short 'Wolf Cut', which was a very different to her plain long hair. I took her to see Geoff as I did not trust anyone else. The cut was amazing and Geoff took his time explaining how/why as he went. Very happy daughter! Thanks Geoff!

World Class!I was originally referred to Cassidy’s by a family member a few years ago and every time I go to Cassidy’s for my latest colour I am always over joyed by the experience!Upon entering you are always made to feel as one of the most important clients in the room. Nikki and her Team and exceptional at listening to my hair goals and understanding what look I am trying to achieve and then matching the colour perfectly to what was discussed. Every time I visit I am treated to world class experience, being given a barista grade coffee and Tim tan whilst I wait for my colour to set. I then enjoy a full body masssage as I sit in the massage chair and have the colour washed out whilst I also get a head massage. The team are always very polite in asking if the temperature and pressure is ok, and when it comes time to dry off they spend as long as it takes to achieve the style I am after. The team always make sure I am happy with the colour before leaving and even offer to change it if I am unhappy with it (which I never am)Visiting Cassidy’s Is always a world class experience, it’s a trip to the salon, cafe and spa all in one. It is such a joy to see their team work so collaboratively and all exercise such skill when looking after my hair, i will always refer everyone I know to Cassidy’s, they are undisputedly the best on the beaches.
