I purchased a stunning Opal Ring for my partner from David.Unfortunately it was knocked and chipped.We called into see David who was on a day off.On his return he promptly inspected and was in contact advising of a few options.As the Opal is the colour of my partners eyes David went above and beyond to repair the existing stone by his mastery in the field.David is an Artisan of Opals and Jewellery.And a very minimal charge in the end.Thanks David

Bought a beautiful black opal necklace from Masterpiece. The salesperson was knowledgeable about the opals, more importantly, she shared. No pressure sales. I would recommend to at least take a look, if shopping for an opal while in Sydney.

I absolutely love the attached earrings which I purchased from David at Masterpiece Jewellery.I originally thought that they sold out of this style, but when I called up, he told me that he just received some new stock. He was very helpful and communicative and went out of his way to send me pictures and videos of the new stock that matched my needs.I then went to view the products in his store at Circular Quay where he was just as helpful.I spent a lot of time searching for earrings like this. The reason why I like this design (and other designs which he sells), is that it is much more modern and reasonably priced than what I see on offer from other vendors.Would buy from David and this store again!

Shop manager Fan is always welcoming and extremely accommodating. She’s a quick study for the vibe of what you’re drawn to and picks just the right items from Masterpiece’s abundant stock for you to see. There’s something special at every price point and the happy experience of shopping with David and Fan will make your purchase warmly memorable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit and what fabulous opal or opals I’ll come home with. Masterpiece is one-stop opal shopping for me. And the pearls are tempting, too.

I spoke with David on and off over a few months regarding a morganite and diamond ring. This is a gift to myself for my upcoming 40th birthday. As I live in Townsville, my mum and I flew to Sydney for a weekend to view and try on the ring. David was super helpful and accommodating from the first email, right through to the purchase! The elegant designs and the sparkling called me to stay even I didn’t know anything about Opal before. Then, I couldn’t resist from that inviting, I came back to the Masterpiece Jewelry again today to purchase 1 set. Ms. Phan and her sister were so friendly, welcoming and supportive. Standing in front of all the masterpieces, it’s not easy for me to find just one, and also the most matching color for my skin type which I won’t regret purchasing later. Ms. Phan found me a matching set that I love. We had an incredible chitchat and I really enjoyed my shop with Masterpiece Jewelry. I will definitely come back when I have a plan to get back to Sydney in the future. Ms. Phan and her sister are definitely rock stars and one of the best people I have met in Sydney.
