Staff at this place are incredibly rude.. The older female that works there should be a station hand..Rough as guts,blunt and straight out hideous. Never again! Terry Whites are 1000000 times better and the same price.

Worst return policy..They cant refund money for exchange any unpack items or change of mind, even after waiting long time like they didnt change unpack items..Staff are rude and unprofessional.Stay away this scammer.

I have covid and I rang for a phone consult with my dr who emailed me a script. I just rang chemist warehouse and they said that the script is not valid as it was sent to me not them by the dr. I have asthma and need the prednisone thanks for your help chemist warehouse house !

Rude staffThe girls didnt want to open the perfume cabinet.You wait there and wait and when they come it's a rush it's a bother.They look upset and open and ready to run.Who is training on customer care ?

The product range is great and SOME of the staff are brilliant, others not so much. In particular there is a pharmacist who will call out scripts but not give you even 2 seconds to acknowledge it before walking away from the counter leaving you to wait several minutes and ask for the script. There is also an older male security guard who will single me out everytime I am not with my male partner, uses the excuse that he checks everyone when I can clearly see from standing in line he hasn't pulled over the last few people who were served before me. It's extremely uncomfortable watching him rifle through my shopping trolley or my daughter's pram. He never pulls over men or the elderly but will single out anyone with an alternative look about them and will use his authority to bully customers when called out on this.

Security" staff on front door are so rude. My hands were full from my purchases as l didn't get a bag and he wants to look in my small women's A4 size backpack. He could see l was unable to show him. I told him he can't look in small bags anyway and he points to a sign that says it's company policy. I go outside and my friend comes out and asks me what happened and the next thing this security person follows me outside continually pointing at the store sign saying it's policy. He comes right up to me outside not because he thought l had stolen something but because he was on a power trip. I told him to back away as he was now bordering on harassment. You need to teach your door stoppers that store policy DOESN'T override the law. So tired of people on power trips."

Very unprofessional pharmacist, interpreting a prescription is not the same as any other pharmacy. Trying to reduce the supply of my tablets. Employees don't listen to customers and are very rude. Very bad experience, never coming back again.

My son is A.D.H.D with scripts filled in store. I had ran out of the tablet that helps him sleep at night I was looking to use a over the counter substitute. When I told the pharmacist honestly what I was using it that my ADHD child has run out of his medication that helps you sleep after taking Concerta he did not care and told me I could not use to go to the counter medication for that purpose and need to get a prescription from the doctor. So now I guess that my 11-year-old son just go sleep deprived due to a power trip from your employee. Thanks chemist warehouse.
