Staff are professional ,helpful and most importantly honest about repairs and processes . A trustworthy business I will return to and drive out of my way to bring any tech items needing repair . Excellent service .I refused to return to the My Tech Me in Young even though I live in young , because they are dishonest. Beware. I took an item for repair to the store in Young . They said the 2019 ipad was only good for the bin, and did not return the device to me. Later ,upon returning and insisting for my device back , the man said he had my device at home and would have to bring it another day . When I finally got the 'only good for the bin ' device back , parts had been removed and dismantled . Stay away from Young store and travel to Cowra instead !
