Couldn't ask for better service. I first met James and Michelle 10 years ago when they managed the property as a rental that I recently sold. Unfortunately a franchise took it over and the service immediately nose-dived. James and Michelle checked in regularly with me even before the sales campaign began. I spent a couple of months working the house before selling and James and Michelle helped with tradies, provided advice on works to do and regularly dropped by to take a look and provide ongoing advice. During the sales campaign we were provided with weekly written updates and phone calls on progress. There were no pressure techniques applied to us, whereas another local agent who appraised started to try and play emotional games with us from the get go. We received a better price with James without the games than this agent said we'd get. If I ever needed to buy or sell again I'd have no hesitation in utilizing James and Michelle.

What a great team Michelle and James are! After buying and selling a number of homes in the past, my automatic 'go to' is Munn Partners. Not only are they professional, they don't give a salesman's pitch to try and force your hand into signing a contract and after signing a contract they keep you informed every step of the way. I was lucky enough to sell for a record price at auction, with James being the auctioneer. I highly recommend anyone who's looking to auction their home to do it under James's hammer - you have to see him in action to understand and he's no doubt one of the best in his game because he is hired out by other agents! I was recommended Michelle and James by a person who had been introduced to me by a neighbour. At the time I first met them I was only working out what to do when the opportunity to sell came along. When I was ready to sell I contacted them. From the time of formally discussing getting my property on the market (Monday), by Friday it was on the website and inspection held on Saturday. In three days I had a offer. The marketing looked great, particularly the photos on the website and the board out the front. Communication has been excellent and the service fantastic. I could not have been happier and would certainly recommend Michelle and James if you are looking for an agent.
