Excellent quality and range. We ended up going here most days not only to beat the heat but because the ice cream tasted so good. They have all the classics in gelato and sorbet plus some nice flavours of their own. Can't go wrong with whatever one you pick.

A great Ice Cream Parlour with a huge variety of flavours. The ice Cream at this place is excellent as it is creamy and very tasty. Every day this Shop has people queuing up for Ice Cream. The Staff are always smiling and happy to serve you. This shop stays open till around 9.00 pm each day ensuring you can get your serve when you need your Ice Cream fix.

OMG great flavours and service. Love the Sorbet options too. Staff are always really helpful when trying to choose flavours and combinations. Highly recommended.

Great gelato, every flavor I got was delicious, but after trying pistachio from my partner's I wished I had chosen it too. I highly recommend white choc and vanilla too - when the basic flavors are good you know it's good ice cream.

Best ice cream in Far North Queensland!!! We always stop here when we are in Port Douglas. Great place, great people and we are always made to feel welcome. Highly recommended you try the ice cream here.

So, this place, like many others, even in Port Douglas, claims some kind of affinity with the Italian culture and cuisine.As an Italian and tourist, I can tell you that passports and relatives do not make the chef.Gelato tasted like proper sugary cold water.It is a 2 star because the sorbetto was good but I will not give 3 stars only for that as 3 stars means average and this place is sub average.Maybe go back to Italy and do some proper professional course for gelataio.Using first rate ingredients might help as well.

I recently tried the pistachio ice cream and unfortunately, I found it to be quite disappointing. The flavor tasted like medicine, and I couldn't even finish one scoop. As a first-time customer, I'm not sure if other flavors are any better. I wanted to share my feedback in the hopes that you could improve the pistachio flavor, as it was quite off-putting. It seems like other customers may have experienced a similar issue, so I think it would be beneficial for everyone if this issue can be addressed.
