Green Leaves Early Learning Richlands

My experience with green leaves has been great. All staff are welcoming and are always helpful with anything that I may need help with. Staff are friendly and take the time to get to know all families and child who attend the centre my son loves going to green leaves he has learnt a lot from each weekly program. Staff take the time to plan every experience and learning activities from each child's interest and learning needs.

Understaffed, no consistency, neglectful on many occasions (witnessed not with just my child either). Swollen red bottom and nappy rashes which I clear up over 4 days only to hand my child over and have it happen all over again.. EVERY WEEK. I had my child here for 2 months and decided that was enough.All I can say is.. do not do it to your child especially nursery aged when they cannot speak for themselves. If they’re distressed during drop off AND PICKUP.. take that as a strong sign!

Other then the fact that’s it’s a new centre and everything is very mod and lush about it my son absolutely loves this daycare he doesn’t even say goodbye to me when we get to the door he’s that excited. The staff are ALWAYS friendly and welcoming when dropping off and picking up my son. All the staff has worked super hard through covid and been a blessing to have them work through the pandemic. The centre has changed a lot since my son started in September for the better, there was so many different directors and staff changed overs all the time but since Carol has been there things have been so much better. I love how all the food is always fresh and that there is a chef on the premises cooking daily for the kids. Can’t thank the staff all enough for looking after my manic, hyper 2 1/2 year old :)

Green Leaves has created an inviting, creative and fun leaning space for my girl. I love hearing about her day and how much the educators encourage her learning and development. Throughout her time there she has been so well supported. I know that when she is there she is having the best time whilst also learning and that gives me such a sense of comfort while I’m at work!

We have been sending our child here almost since they opened their doors and it has been the best centre we have ever been to!Being our second child, we have had many experiences with different day cares in the area and this one by far out does all the others.It is always nicely presented and clean and the staff have always been friendly and informative when asked any queries or questions about my son.We went away on a 5 week holiday and my son settled right back with no issues thanks to the loving environment they provide for him!I personally think the fee’s are reasonably priced considering they have a chef preparing all their meals, providing fruit and making muffins etc - which means We dont have to worry about preparing lunches everyday which is a big time saver when we both work full time!We personally love everything about the centre and have been grateful a nice day care centre has opened up in our area FINALLY!

Green leaves early learning centre in Richlands is absolutely a dream. From the moment I stepped into the centre I was wowed. I couldn’t believe there was an area dedicated to parents sitting down and having a coffee before they Make their way to work. The girls at reception are absolutely lovely. The centre is so modern and you can see there is so much thought, care and detail put into each learning environment. Miss Cole, who showed me around the centre was just lovely. So friendly, and any questions I had she was able to answer. The director Carol and Assistant Director Ashleigh were so friendly and seem very involved in the day to day. All and all GLELC was just wonderful :)

Fantastic childcare! The loveliest educators and staff. I always feel content leaving my child in their care knowing she will be looked after and loved. Bonus... the chef makes great coffee.

Green Leaves Early Learning Centre, Richlands is one of the better Centres I have had experience with ranging over a number of years. I have found the Educators extremely caring, taking their time to develop meaningful relationships with both the children and parents, resulting in confident, happy kids who want to attend each day. Daily feedback is provided via the ‘StoryPark’ app and is always eagerly awaited and viewed. The food on offer is of an excellent standard and provides the required nourishment. Cannot recommend this Centre highly enough.

I absolutely love this daycare, The lady’s at the reception are amazing and so are all the educators. I would have loved to keep my kids here, but unfortunately it’s too far away now that we have moved house. Moving daycares has been such a difficult decision and worrying, I don’t see how anywhere else could compare.Special shout out to miss Michelle, miss Maria, miss Rosie and miss Maddie. My son has grown so attached to youse over the last 10 months and has learnt so much. I can tell the next few weeks will be difficult for him as he doesn’t believe me when I say they won’t be at his new daycare.My daughter has only been attending for about the last two month and all the lady’s in the tiny tots room have been so welcoming and amazing as well.

My daughter has been attending Greenleaves richlands for about 2 years now.Staff are helpful, friendly, and my daughter has a significant attachment to a fair amount of staff here. Which i count as a positive, as she clearly feels safe with them.Always open communication with events, issues, incident reports (usually for my clumsy toddler) and fast responses from admin staff.Serves a variety of dishes for breakfast, lunch and snack times.Always clean, and resources in good condition.Daily photo and story updates, and periodic milestone/progress updates.10/10 recommend
