I am regular customer of United Petroleum at Dorset Road and I had good experience with them in Dorset Road United until I encountered with unprofessional lady in customer service . She had little or no knowledge when asked about air . I was filling my air and instead of filling that machine was sucking air and my tyre pressure reached to 16PSI from 28 and I couldn’t drive at all . I was running late to office . There were no sign of “out of order “ or anything in that air machine . I asked to that lady and she said it was working and asking me to try and try . But it didn’t work . If machine is out of order why don’t they put an out of order sign so that driver won’t try to fill air . When I asked why they didn’t put out of order sign she was rude and responding unprofessionally . At least if she is in customer checkout she should know how to deal with customer or behave in professional way . Because of one simple negligence I suffered a lot on that day , I had a meeting in office and was running late . It could have been better and she ruined my whole day . I feel nothing but sorry to her behaviour. Otherwise I had good experience with Dorset United .

I'm shocked by the manner which employee Sachin was talking to us when we came in to buy fuel this Monday evening. Refusing to serve a customer when they merely express displeasure at the prepaid system and sending them from the shop saying I'm not serving you go buy fuel somewhere else". I will never be using United again because of this and will share with all my friends and encourage them to do the same. Very disappointed and expected better."

They always have cheaper petrol prices than anywhere else!!

My local servo with best price of fuel in area .polite and helpfull staff.

United is the only place I can go to to reliably purchase E85 fuel, their allways easy to enter and exit and typically have better prices then Coles regarding fuel.

Not as good as it used to be.Do not get any donuts

Prices are often good, customer service often poor and the food is expensive.

You would not believe the manner and lack of courtesy given by Sachin, an employee here, who denied us petrol for speaking in the wrong mannerism". I was neither intoxicated

I generally choose to go here for petrol because the pricing is very reasonable compared to other petrol stations in the area. The staff are very friendly & helpful, you can also get the miscellaneous groceries and some hot food if desired.

Competitive price for the area. Good service and a neat food truck next to it
