Rainforest Walk
Nice spot, inly few parking spots on each side of the road. Only takes about 15min if you can stay on the correct loop, people have made various off shoots. Has some “story” signs to basically direct you if you follow them.

Beautiful short walk through the magnificent myrtle beech trees, with information boards set out as a story back in time, and explaining how important it is to preserve our rainforests.

Perfect to take a 15/30min break.Enchanting and other-worldly, walking on the soft carpeted forest floor among ancient giants, tree ferns, mosses, and fungi.

Rainforest Walk
The Myrtle Forest walk take about 15 minutes of easy walking. The best time to visit is during, or just after rain as the trees give off a unique odour when damp. To get to this walk you will have already passed by many myrtle forests and this is a great chance to walk through a patch and explore the trees, manferns, undergrowth and epiphytes.

Stunning, but a seriously short walk. It’s prob 5 mins at a stroll (sign says 15!). Def worth seeing if you are driving past but wouldn’t go too much out of your way to see it.

Awesome place, most beautiful thick rainforest just a few meters away from the street. It takes less than 15 minutes to walk the loop, but it is soooo beautiful. Only a tiny parking spot, and also easy to miss when you drive by too quick. Definitely highly recommended!

Beautiful short walk I walked off the track for about 4 min luckily I have an impeccable sense of direction so only had to wandered around for 35 minutes b4 finding my way back

Loved it but hard to spot sign, stop at pull in between signs . Really pleasant for a break in the windey roads

Rainforest Walk
Eventhough the walk itself takes only 5 min, this was one of my favorite activities in tassie! I loved that lovely fern walk with the cute stories about 'grandfather and grandmother myrtle' :)
