Absolutely shocking experience! I never expected that such a big brand name would be operated by people who neither have the phone working and nor an indiaction of it being closed on Google.I have liked something prior to the lockdown and was hoping to get in touch with someone to talk to about that and see if they could guide me. There is no communication possible with these guys at all.No matter what the reason is the govt has not shut down the phone lines or email systems. Being in sales and marketing for over 10 years I can tell you guys that you are not doing justice to the brand. By the time we open you should have let your customers be in touch and sold things over the phone and as soon as things would open you would have a flock of them waiting outside in a que.I am telling you all this from my experience because in this time I am still able to sell real estate over the phone or keep my customers entertained and happy . They are waiting for it to open and only see me to buy a property.It's hard to find customers. First target should be not to loose the existing ones and also at the same time look for new ones and keep them too..I hope you guys would learn something out of this.Good luck

Trash sizing, inferior range. The 6 people served before me all walked out because no sizes. How can it be so bad? Great way to trash a brand

Not what it used to be. Went there 5 months ago, tried on suits, ordered a 2nd pair of pants and never heard from them again! Went back a month later, assured everything was okay and it would arrive soon and never heard from them again. Much bigger than it was but the range is no bigger and service is pretty ordinary

I recommend to wait for the super sale once per year otherwise it's still quite expensive. Very attentive staff. Car park is a bit hard to find and poorly signed, keep driving down towards the back. Wonder if you could bargain down the prices?

Wow, it's huge! Beautifully laid out and a massive selection.This isn't a cheap, prices slashed outlet. The pieces I looked at were reduced to fair & reasonable prices, which was good to see.I was surprised at the scale and that they had both men & women's wear including outer wear, bags, leather accessories & shoes. The men's range of shoes & sneakers was impressive both in the number of styles & number of sizes available. A most impressive outlet and to top it off the staff were welcoming & friendly. A lovely combination & I look forward to returning.

Good but is it really an outlet? Will still shop here but pricing can be a bit on the exy side when you are looking for a bargain. Don't shoot the messenger.

Great place for a bargain. Take your time and look through everything to find the best bargains. I have been to this outlet store a number of times and managed to Catch an additional 30% off sale. Worth the drive no matter what part of Melbourne you live.

Yeah, we had a look but not much going on here. DFO at Essendon BOSS shop was more exciting. Heaps of parking here and we breezed in then out. Maybe there's something here for you. Have a quick look here then DFO Boss Essendon. Or just go straight to the outlets at Essendon.

Terrible customer service. Shop is okay, you can find a good deal every now and then
