I got the boot button replaced and they only charged for the labour because the colour was not an exact match. These guys are the best. All my experiences have been positive, so friendly, very honest, won't rip you off.

My transmission died in the middle of a highway on full speed. The insurance company towed me to this place (I had no preferences since I live in another place). The guys replaced the unit with a second hand one (reasonable choice for 20 yo car). Also did routine 10 000 km check and some other maintenance. The price is reasonable, the car runs happily again. Will keep their card just in case

I'd just gotten a small, early-ish model car and brought it to Kiama Auto Services, using them for the first time, initially for rego inspection. I'm so happy that I did. Duncan spent A LOT of time with me, explaining the various things that needed attention. The final bill came in under the quote, and the car had a thorough look-over, in general. I felt that I was given the benefit of peace of mind, and that I was really looked after. Alec, at the front desk, was also really generous in answering questions, and giving me recommendations, as this is my first car here. I'll be back, and highly recommend Kiama Auto Services. Got towed here when my van died. What great people. Trish the receptionist was awesome, even looked after my dog when I had to go to Sydney to purchase a new vehicle, gave him a lamb shank to gnaw on, took him for a walk, and put him in the dead van when I hadn't returned by closing time to make shore he wouldn't be cold. Organised cash for cars to remove dead van and then deposited the cash in my bank acc as I needed to get moving.Exemplary service and they didn't earn a penny from me. I may not of had any repairs done but I would be more than sure they would do a great job. CHEERS KIAMA AUTO SERVICES, YOU GUYS ROCK.
