$42 for a 5-10 minute hair cut on my three year old son is ridiculous.I’ll never come back, and of course they don’t mention a price hike until after the haircut was done.Everyone, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere. For this money you can see a proper barber.

I went to this place to cut my very long hair yesterday. The hairdresser is very professional knew exactly what I want. I love my new style and would recommend it to everyone. ^___^

Perhaps it's not fair for me to rate this place since I didn't get my hair cut there.Plain and simple, just too expensive. They wanted $42.99 for a men's haircut, way more than anyone would expect from a place that's supposed to be a discount barber.In the end, I ended up finding a place in the same shopping mall that offered haircuts for $15, which did a fine job cutting my hair.I'm not sure why they think they can charge this exorbitant price, nor do I know who would just accept it and pay the inflated fee, but I refused.NOT RECOMMENDED.

Rip off!!!!!!!!! $42 to cut a 3 year olds hair for 10 minutes. Go elsewhere for the love of good!!!! For this price you can get a decent haircut - not a budget one.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Just Cuts, and I would strongly advise against visiting this establishment for a men's haircut. Not only did the stylist not cut my hair correctly, but I was charged an exorbitant premium price for what was ultimately a subpar haircut.To make matters worse, I was also surprised to find that the salon did not provide any wax or styling products to finish off my haircut, I had to ask for it and stylist just sprayed water and then I had to ask again for it, which is a basic expectation for any men's salon. I was left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the overall service. At last, she applied the wax, but I had to set my hair style.The stylist seemed inexperienced, and it was clear that the stylist lacked the necessary skills to execute men's haircut.Despite the high price tag, the overall service was lacking, and I felt that I had been taken advantage of by the salon's false promises of quality haircuts. I would not recommend Just Cuts to anyone looking for a quality men's haircut and would advise you to take your business elsewhere.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Cynthia at just cuts pacific Werribee for noticing a spot on my mums head last week while cutting her hair. She had the spot removed today as was suspicious. Just shows when you see the same hair dresser for years they notice things you can’t see. The family will be forever thankful

We called to ask if we will be able to get haircut for 3 people. I called in at about 4.05pm telling them that it will take me 15min to reach the shop, and I specifically mention haircut for THREE people. The lady on the phone said yes , if you come now quickly. I drove as quick as I can and got there at about 4.20pm, went to the shops and she told me she only had time for 1 person. She made me drive all the way to tell me she only had time for one. Then she should have told me she only had time for one and not three. I would not have driven there. Now it's a wasted trip for us. A shop that does not honour what they told the customer has no integrity and cannot be trusted with their service. I will never go this shop ever again. I will also spread words about their poor customer service. I would give 0 stars if I had a choice but the system won't allow me to post if I dont choose a star.Learn to honour what you agree with your customers/ potential customers or learn yo apologise. Did not even say sorry. BAD shop BAD staff!!!

Cynthia is an amazing hairdresser, I have been visiting her since 6months (every 6-8 Weeks) and I really love ❤️ the way she treats my hair. She is very much experienced and she can figure out the proper style as per the individual needs. I was looking for this kind of a person since years. Finally !!!! I’m glad I met Cynthia and I couldn’t think of anyone else for my hair cut since then. If you are a person like me who is very particular about your hairstyle, I would recommend to see Cynthia.
