I used Two Way Taxi Trucks to move from my old home and then for five weeks they looked after my contents until I was ready to move into my new home. The removalists were helpful, efficient and very polite. The office staff were also helpful and friendly and the rates were very good. I highly recommend them and would use them again should the need arise.

I have used these guys a number of times now both for city and regional moves. They are friendly, efficient and professional and very well priced. I have no hesitation recommending them to anyone needing removalist services whether it’s to the next suburb or across the state.

Two Way Taxi Trucks have always provided good value and excellent service for my house moves. I'have been impressed with the care taken of my belongings and the timeliness of the willing workers to get my job done. Such well spent money, my friends and I won't use anyone else now.

Unprofessional amateurs.Radcliffe provided the worst moving service" I have ever experienced.They:1) showed up 3.5 hours late2) didn't have a truck big enough to move a large 3-bedroom country home3) one mover wiped his sweaty face on my mattress (guess he needed a hanky)4) one mover told my mum she was using her wheelchair wrong5) they complained the whole time that we had too much stuff and "it would never fit" into our new houseWhen I phoned to complain

When the truck arrived they decided front gate needed to be removed, snapped bolts trying to undo nuts. Picked up house lot of belongings and transferred to new address ((less than a km) on arrival they couldn't reassemble double bed because they had incorrectly taken it apart and also broken brackets on headboard result new bed $700, broke mirror door on wardrobe, using washing machine first time flooded the laundry all hoses ok water coming from somewhere internal, result new machine $720, dryer making unusual noises suspect that will be next, when I rang the company was told I should have taken out insurance, how true!!!

Turned up three hours late but the office wouldn't tell us when they were coming so had to wait for them. Movers decided it was too hard to move our piano so had to arrange a second delivery which took nearly 2 months to arrange. Threw piano around and gouged floorboards while moving the piano through the house. DO NOT recommend.

Just watched as a staff member passenger in one of the signed business Two-way Taxi trucks extending his middle finger towards Police as they passed by. How unprofessional do you have to be? Simply can't leave your petty issues at home and show up to work. Have to go ahead and drag the name of your employer through the mud with such a childish gesture. Fortunately the majority of the community has more respect for those officers out there serving the Tasmanian public.

We live in a small complex of units with a narrow winding drive. As a result we have posted a sign at the head of the drive requesting delivery vehicles not to enter.Today a very large Two-Way Taxi Truck attempted to enter our complex, with some difficulty, damaging hedges on both sides of the driveway. When the employees were asked if they saw the sign at the entrance of the driveway and understood why it was there they simply ignored me and continued to reverse down the drive. I asked them why they were ignoring me and got no response.I contacted Two-Way Taxi Trucks office and complained that one of their vehicles had ignored the sign and my request not to enter explaining that it was now parked so vehicular access was denied to 5 of the 6 units. The office asked where they were meant to park - on the road the same as if they were delivering to a flat or a high-rise. The office confirmed that they would contact the driver and ask him to move but this did not happen until they were finished what they wanted to do. They then exited driving over the garden. All in all I would describe this as a totally unprofessional operation with little regard for anyone other than themselves as based on other reviews it would appear that clients don't get much respect either.I could not and would not recommend this organisation.
