I was having major problems with my Holden Jackaroo, so I booked in for them to look at and after a whole day, they informed me that it looks like a diesel injection problem. The guys at MyCar didn't do that kind of work so they recommended a diesel specialist. Knowing that they had my car all day, I was expecting to be up for a couple of hundred dollars for labour. I was completely shocked when he told me there was no chaege. Would definitely recommend Mycar Mt Ommaney for their exceptional customer service.

Great friendly service from Reno in the office very professional and knowledgeable about my repairs and what needed to be done. He explained it in simple terms that I could understand as I know nothing about cars. Kev the guy who worked on my car was great and did an awesome job and was very proficient, friendly and knowledgeable aswell. I appreciate the tire shine on my wheels makes my car look cool.

Went in for a wheel balance and alignment on my BT50 and was very happy with how they went above and beyond to do it thoroughly. They had to redo it three or four times because the machines weren't able to calibrate it properly for some reason so they manually configured it then took me for a test run to make sure I was satisfied. Cheers, appreciate it!

Brilliant team of mechanics! They picked up and fixed a ridiculous amount of problems that my last mechanic didn't pick up/discuss with me. (I won't name them, but I'm removing reviews for them.)They sorted through what needed to be done asap, what could be done later and what needed to be monitored. They worked around my budget which was really appreciated. Service was booked for Thursday morning, calls made about repairs midday and a time frame was given. I had my car back by Saturday evening. (Almost within time frame - there was a lot to be done. And more things found while making repairs - which is normal and was expected.)Professional, kind and incredibly efficient for the INSANE amount of work that needed to be done.Thank you to the team at Mount Ommaney - you guys are fantastic!!

We have taken both our vehicles (Ford Ranger and Ford Mondeo) to Mycar Mt Ommaneyfor tyres, wheel alignments and other mechanical repairs. The staff are courteous, very knowledgeable and always provide excellent service. Cannot rate Mycar Mt Ommaney highly enough.

Had the very best experience from the very first phone call yesterday, with Paul telling me to just come on down to the MyCar auto shop to having Johnny look after me today.Johnny explained everything he had to do and even showed me what had broken and with great skill - replaced the broken part.Oh and the office has the best coolest air con ever!!! Thanks again Paul & Johnny for helping me today.. I’ll be back
