Australia Post - Nundah LPO

Sorry, but a post office that doesn’t stay open past 5 is ridiculous, when the ‘9-5’ is one of the most common working hours wouldn’t you diversify yourself to at-least be open at 8 or close at 6? Or even be open on the weekends? Like literally that makes it impossible to pick up my post without taking time off work. I wish my post never went here. While there are a few Aus Post LPO’s in the area that are open to 5:30 or 6. At least they get the picture.

I want to like it cause I have to anyway, Iliked toombul and staff etc.Which never liked a post office in my life. Ladies are pretty fast and helpful. But80% of the time I leave without one of the parcels.. which when you give the address you expect them all, then I have to go back. Sure there is parcel lockers. But it needs to be relocated and made bigger now and allow from 6am window collection... Especially when. Closed Saturdays....

The worst post office I have been to. So unhelpful. Kept telling me all this issues with my passport and sending me away. Lodged with another post office no issues. Just couldn’t be bothered with the work.

I have visited this Post Office twice in the last couple of months and my experience was pleasant on both occasions. The staff who served me were courteous, professional and friendly. I came in for a passport application appointment today and the process was smooth and easy. The lady who served me knew what she was doing and went through each checklist item quickly. I also like that they had their door open so we don't need to touch anything to enter the store.

After spending expensive envelope to post a sim card and signing post and tracking number, I was told it was leaving same day, I was shocked and upset when checking the track post. The item sat at Northgate post office for 3 days. I'm very upset and hurt that I trusted what they said, that my letter was sent same day. I don't recommend anyone to come here and post anything they over charge and don't post your mail until a few days later. Shame on this post office for not being honest with delivering mail when said. Again paying for tracking you get absolutely no information after it sits at Northgate for a few days. I rang up to find out the on time delivery is an estimate not true and that I would have to wait a further 9 business days after the delivery time. This is robbery at its finest after paying for the expensive everything post safety delivery no information on your item ever.

Came in and requested a passport application form. I was asked whether I already had one and I advised I lost it but online it stated I needed to apply for a new one. She very confidently advised I was wrong and gave me a form with a link to renew my passport. Because I was aware she was wrong and I needed to apply for a new one, I asked politely if I could have both forms just in case. Which she agreed. It was a relief to leave with the form I originally came in requesting. Especially because when I got home and followed her instructions to renew it. I was, of course, advised I needed the form to apply for a knew one. Thankfully I pushed and asked for the form I new I needed. Because it would have been a great hassle to go back again. I'll apply for my passport somewhere else. Just wanted to leave this here so staff checked the facts without assumptions next time.

Australia post honestly has the laziest and most rude people working for them. The posties can't even be bothered opening a gate to deliver a parcel which then I have to collect from the post office. When I arrive at the post office to collect said parcel I am told 'sorry it's not here come back tomorrow'. I return the next day and they say with appalling attitude, it arrived the day before and I could have collected it. It is a regular thing every single time a parcel is delivered to my house even when people are home. How hard is it to open a gate and knock on a door. Seriously, lift your bloody game Australia post.

Hi, is there a way to directly contact the store? My work hours are longer than opening hours, and there is no extended hours or after hours collection. I have a package waiting for me that I am unable to collect. Aus post customer service have been very unhelpful, is it possible to even put it in a parcel locker out the front? (I usually use this).

The staff are lovely, but it is very frustrating that they are not open on Saturday mornings like most other post offices. I work 8-5 weekdays which makes it impossible to collect parcels.
