Unfortunately my wife had the worst shopping experience in the store with a young attendant. Her mother recently visited here and gifted her some clothe. Sone items didn’t suit her so she went today to the shopping centre to change those items. Every store was absolutely nice to her, even though we didn’t have the invoices.At this store, the attendant said that she couldn’t do anything without the invoice. We offered a picture, the invoice number, etc, but she said that only the actual paper would work.Her mother lives overseas, which we explained, but she denied us any alternative.In fact, another store explained us that without the docket they couldn’t do much either, but at least they offered us the alternative of changing the item’s size. In here none of that.Please think twice before spending your money here because you will need to keep the invoice if you want any chance of changing it later. And apparently they don’t prepare their sales associates well in customer service. Very poor.

Love this store! I was in there just the other day and their manager was so helpful. She was kind and bubbly but also super helpful. I will be back thanks to you. Also currently sell the best hair clips around! I have super thick, long hair and they hold and don't break! Never buying alligator clips anywhere else again!!

I just wanted to say thank you for the amazing customer service. I was having an ugly day and the lady who served me helped me and made my feel so important. The clothes I tried on made me feel so beautiful. I think her name was sharnee. If you see this I'd like to say Thank you so much, You went above and beyond.

Amazing customer service! The girl in there earlier today was so happy and welcoming to the store, she didn't have a name badge but her tag said head stylist. Very helpful in finding me a dress. Will be back because of her.

As a local and frequent shopper at this retail store, my last experience in store was nothing but unpleasant! Walking away feeling completely infuriated and let down. Hopefully my visit is a little more brighter.Note - I have never left a poor review on any site but I just hope future shoppers will experience a more positive outcome than I’ve received.

Went into this store today 7/10/2022 carrying my already bought cardigan from another store. When I left the young blonde staff member came running after me to Kmart yelling at me asking if my jacket was theirs! The lady at Kmart even made a comment about how rude the girl was! Will not be going back to spend any money there while that girl works there. If the two girls in there were paying attention instead of chatting amongst themselves they would have noticed I was carrying my jacket when I came in! Probably should do that if they’re going to yell out false accusations in the middle of a busy shopping centre
