Importing cheap rubbish, warranty not worth a cracker. Buyer beware.Radiators leak just out of the 12 month warranty and they won't do anything about it. Poor customer service. Will never deal with them again !!

Im a/was an account customer. I rang to get an air cond compressor to suit the universal bracket kit I had & the salesman said he knew the part & sent it out. It went straight into a cupboard until I got the chance to fit it to a project vehicle. I admit it was 11 months later until I had a chance to get onto it but, when I opened the box I found they sent the wrong compressor. I rand them, explained their mistake & purchased the correct unit. I thought being brand new still & within 12 months that when I sent the incorrect one back that they would credit me. But no. I was told it had been too long & it was just my bad luck. Only have a 14 day return period. Rang the manager & he was just as useless. Good luck if your a private customer if this is how they treat their account customers. Wish there was an option to put no stars.
