Burger Urge
My partner and I ate in at the Dubbo location. Restaurant was quiet and all the available booth tables were dirty. We got the Triple Thicc Chicc burger, Triple King Pin burger and Chocolate Caramel Kit Kat shake. Our food was served hot and within 10 minutes. The burgers were good, though the chicken was a little on the dry side. The shake had little flavour and the table water was forgotten. Overall, for the cost of the menu, the restaurant could have been cleaner and the shake definitely needs more flavour.

Whenever I come to Burgerurge, I am treated like I’m royalty. The workers are all so nice and happy to see me as a regular customer. The burgers are always served fresh, hot and made with love and care. The shop is clean and tidy and a great experience for all ages. One of the best restaurant in Dubbo. They really are the Dealers of Delicious!!

Nice meal, good milkshakes, kids options and veg burger. Clean and tidy. Super helpful and polite staff, especially young lad with blond hair tied back. Well done on your kind and friendly manner.

Burger Urge
Went here for lunch with some friends and had the best time. Great environment, awesome music and the food was delicious. I especially loved how they cater to all food requirements and restrictions. Gluten free options, dairy free milkshakes and vegan and vegetarian meals. Highly recommend to anyone.

Food was good and very hot.Unfortunately the person serving did not know they had no orange juice apart from pop tops. Nor did they know that the chicken had gluten in the coating, nor did he order gluten free buns despite me asking. When he bought it to the table, I had to ask about the bunThankfully, he took it back and I had to wait for it to be changed.

I am a frequent because i love this place, In past few weeks i have noticed great improvement in service and quality of food not sure if ownership or management changed but service quality has improved. Now they are consistent, burgers and chips are fresh and the staff at this branch are so pleasant. Waiting time not so long for a 1.30pm lunch (seats are plenty, food takes about 5-10 mins), i sometimes get my food take away too. I love being able to actually see the ingredients I'm eating and finding that the oak lettuce is crunchy instead of soft which is awesomeTip!! ask for table water its free served nicely and chilled. Always my go-to.

Nice burgers, juicy patties, quick service. Side fries that come with the burger meal are not enough though. Place was not kept as clean as it should be with old plates and drink bottles kept on tables too long
