Couldn't ask for more. This guys are very professional and they know what they do.

We used Jim's Cleaning for an exit clean after a tenancy and we were very disappointed with the result. It was not sufficient to meet the agent's requirements and we had to go back and spend 4 more hours cleaning. I notified them of our disappointment and received no response. I would not recommend.

We gave the new franchise owner three chances to clean our place because the standard was poor and he had his full term pregnant partner helping.The first time the clean was poor and they were gone in 35 minutes. The second time the owner came by himself and finished 40 minutes later. The last time the clean was poor and the floors needed to be re done and the rugs and floor weren’t vacuumed dust on the sideboards. We had to leave and by the time we got to the car we could here him talking.Not worth $100 for a poor clean and just over half an hours work.

Excellent service, under qoute in the end. Agent happy, l was outta town already. Thats why l use Jims cleaning in many locations. Reliable, puts my mind atrest.
