Terry Downes Remedial and Sports Massage
I highly recommend going and seeing Terry if your after a skilled massage therapist. He is the perfect combination of knowledge, skill and passion. I have been suffering from neck and shoulder tension for years and as a result have had almost daily headaches. I have seen a few physiotherapist's and had various remedial massages over the years with little benefited noted. But Terry has changed all that. As I was waiting to see Terry for my 3rd remedial massage session I realised that I hadn't actually had a headache in the last few weeks!! And my neck and shoulders haven't felt better than they do now, ever.Very highly recommend!!

Terry at Aspire Fitness has been fantastic at helping me to maintain my body in preparation for some tough (for me) endurance events - I could not recommend him highly enough. Terry gives an amazing and highly professional remedial massage and is very intuitive when it comes to identifying what treatment I need visit to visit. Have been suffering from chronic low back and hip pain from old injuries and was struggling to find a massage therapist who really made a difference until I started seeing Terry.He is very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable - highly recommend.

Terry Downes is no longer working at this clinic and I notice others are taking credit for Terry's work . Terry Downes now works from the Queensland teachers Health society in Fortitude Valley . Terry Downes is the best massage therapist in Brisbane and that is why he is the Olympic team massage therapist and Aust swim team massage therapist.He does NOT work at this centre. People here should be honest about this which therefore calls into question their honesty .

Terry is by far the best massage therapist I have been to in Brisbane. He has up-to-date knowledge and a great understanding of body mechanics and function. He is professional, has a good sense of humour and a genuine interest in helping his clients feel and perform better.
