When we turned our ducted heating on after Christmas it did not work. Chris from Aspen air, who installed the system 6 years ago was called. He attended on time and with in a few minutes got it working. However he then tested the whole system to be sure there were no other issues.Chris was responsive, professional and very good value. We would recommend Aspen air for any heating or air conditioning issues.Gary and Raylene.

I was recommended Aspen Air on a local community board and have had a very positive experience. Chris attended my home the same day I had called, he was very willing to discuss my options to land on one that suited our needs and budget. This has not been my experience with AC providers in the past.The installation was quick and simple and with a high quality of work. Very happy with the results and will be using them again in the future for sure.

Booked in a service for our ducted heating, turns out we needed a replacement due to faulty. We had the new one installed within 24 hours. Chris and his team were great to deal with- on time, great communication. Would recommend and use again.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommended. My gas ducted heating was not working for couple of days. All Gas service places that I have called are busy and can’t come till next week. Lucky that I have called Aspen Air and spoke to Sherryl. She did carefully listen to the problem that I was having with our ducted heater not communicating with the remote control. Even though she did not have a technician to send ASAP, she did ring one of her technicians and called me straight back. She gave me an instruction how to fix it over the phone and it did fix the problem. She was patiently waiting on the phone until problem was solved. Aspen Air helped me to fix my heater safety for free. Otherwise, this would have cost me anything up to $500. Great people, good customer service.

Pretty standard company to deal with. Completely useless when it comes to after sales support. I would not recommend this company, there are many others whom can do the same job, but better.

We have just had the broken heater for our very old ducted heating system replaced by Aspen Air. Chris quoted an economical solution in a most professional and friendly manner.The installers came this week and we couldn't be happier with the whole process. They arrived on time and did an excellent job, all completed within 2 hours, including cleaning up afterwards.From my experience I would thoroughly recommend this company.
