AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Today i had a bad situation to get something embroidered for my dad who is going to pass away anyday now. I was told by 4 shops it would be a 2 week wait. Geoff was told of my situation today and i went down there and within 20 minutes he had granted my dads last wish to give his son a 50th embroderd dressing gown tommorow. Cant wait to see dads face this arvo when he will strain to give this present to his son. Thank you so much Geoff, you truly did an amazing thing today. Would highly recommend such a family small business. Buy local guys and get the service and quality we are all wanting.

HiCan’t say enough good things about One stop embroidery and Geoff.I get all my staff uniforms done there for all my retail stores and have done for years.As a small business owner I know Geoff and the team put their heart and soul into this business and great customer service.If your reading any of the negative reviews on here just ignore them. What happened to give a small business a call before slagging / defaming and trying to maliciously damage their business on google?There service is second to none, on time and professional with great prices.I would recommend them to anyone

DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!I have to say the general tone and attitude towards customers here is pretty horrible.He initially refused to embroider a hat, then told me it would take 5 days which then turned into 9 days, which turned into the job not even being completed, he also damaged my hat after telling me he couldn't complete the job because of the material, which after his experience I would assume he would have been able to determine that the material was not going to work before starting the job and ruining my hat.Not only did he not apologize for ruining my hat, he told me no one would notice the hole in the side of it. I then offered a new hat and asked him if he could get it done sooner because it had already been delayed over a week and a half, to which he refused and told me other customers were more important than me.He then went on to justify why he wouldnt do it sooner because he'd spent an hour and a half on the hat (which wasn't even completed) and that I was lucky he didn't charge $160 for it.I am in the process of building my own clothing label with massive orders nation wide and I can honestly say after this experience there is no way I'd ever come back.

I’m really disappointed with this business. I used One Stop Embroidery a couple of months ago. The embroidery itself was reasonable quality, but the customer service was terrible. I was actually going to place a larger uniform order with this business, as I like to support local businesses as much as possible, but I ended up going elsewhere instead. It’s interesting to see a couple of similar reviews on here. Lessons in customer service clearly needed. The next person who comes in with a small order could end up being your best customer. Everybody deserves respect.

OneStop is a great choice for outfitting your organization with uniforms and embroidered shirts. They make the shirt selection process easy, and our logo was offered as a embroidered proof before we signed off on the final package. Everything was handled via email so we didn't need to take time out of our busy day. Prices are very fair, and if you're in Brisbane, OneStop can courier your shirts to you within 48 hours.
