Waited 30 mins for scripts to get told some where expired instead of calling to inform us as we had new ones with us , so now have to wait another extra 30 mins for the same scripts need better management in this places as it is a joke.

Rude security guy. He helped me with the perfume. As same time chatting with his mate on earphones. I had to ask twice for what I needed. And he wouldn't let me touch the box of perfume as if I would grab it and run. I don't like the way he treated customer. I won't buy perfume over there. Other stuffs are fine.

I urge you to go somewhere else , the service is appalling.I have 1 prescription every month yes that's 1 item , it takes on average and hour to get it dispensed with the last 7/6/2023 it took 1:15 mins , at the 1 hour mark their were people that had put their prescriptions in after me and they were getting dispensed . I approached the girl who then asked everyone behind the counter where mine was , it took 3 mins for them looking to say they found it , then another 12 mins to dispense it.I have taken my prescription away from them and i will be using another chemist.

Went into the Dubbo store on Saturday for the first time and the customer service was excellent and I was greeted immediately. The lovely make up assistant had amazing knowledge on products and helped me find heaps of new goodies. I also had to get some scripts and the pharmacists where very helpful and advised me of anything I wanted to know. Will be popping in again when I’m back in town!

Not only the worst service ever but deserving of the slow clap award of the year!Placed a script fill 2 days ago and was told it was ready to pick up, Drive all the way into Dubbo only to be told that its not in fact available, and there was no tablets from the prescription left.Whats worse is we were then handed the scripts back and told good luck finding it" ..... WTAFEveryone should avoid this place like the plague!!!If i could give this rating lower than 1 star i totally would"

Very rude staff on the back counter. Went to pick up click and collect, waiting and she is just playing with the scanning device. Order has been sitting in there and ready. Another customer comes up she grabs the order and give it to her. And she had an attitude of being busy. Another staff hands me the order who was just standing next to her and she is still busy. Please try to be patience and behave well when you deal with customers. Not coming up there to see the attitude and deliberately making wait.

Outstanding! We urgently required a scripted medicine which the pharmacist, Albert, had to source through the base hospital within a very limited time. We also required some other items which I did by phone order prior to picking up my medication. Upon entering the store I was greeted at the door with my order ready to be picked up. All this on a public holiday! Thank you so much for all your effort and incredible service.

One star for the price, 1:30 hr to get the script filled, the biggest problem is the counter staff do not speak English well enough to understand a non standard script or order.
