A-Smile York St Dental

I'm usually terrified of going to the dentist. But my experience with Dr Freier and his wife, Barbara was excellent. They walked me through my procedure and made me feel at ease during the process. Of all the dentists I've been to this was the best and most painless experience. They even give you a hot towel at the end! Tracey at reception was lovely too. They were very affordable, much cheaper than other dentists in the area. I would highly recommend these guys!

Never have I had such a bad experience with a customer service at a dentist. Or any clinic for that matter. Not only did they send me away with no relief or resolution, the receptionist is probably one if the rudest people I've met. She intruded on my appointment with the dentist to rushed me along and get me out of there with no explanation from the dentist himself. My experience probably wouldnt of been as bad if it wasnt for the what I assume to be the wife of the dentist. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would recommend seeing anyone BUT this dentist purely for the lady you will be greeted by and the service she ensures you receive.

Can not recommend A Smile enough. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and reassured. As a dentist Ralf is second to none, combine that with great a friendly assistant and Barbara's infectious energy and always willing to help attitude out front and you can't go wrong. I have also taken my daughter to see the team, who was more than a little worried about going to the dentist. After her first visit she will be more than happy to go for her next check up. Best dental practice I've been to by far!!

I highly recommend the very professional and caring service offered by Ralf, Barbara and the team. I have just had a crown replaced by Ralf and his work is excellent. Their streamlined and thorough procedures are second to none, and I am very impressed with the outcome. Thanks team.

I have recently being to A Smile for emergency treatment and would highly recommend their services. Ralph is a very gentle dentist and their state of the art equipment is amazing. I'm going back for same day crowns shortly as this is an amazing service offered and I believe unique to Taree!

I have travelled from interstate for dental appointments with Dr Freier twice now upon recommendation from a local friend, and would do it again. He has a highly skilled and delicate approach and provides excellent objective advice. The clinic is ultra new and modern, with state of the art looking equipment which adds to the comfort and confidence of the experience.

I brought my 6 yr old hear. Convinced by receptionist they are wonderful with children. My daughter had to have a x-Ray before extraction. The film the used had to be upside with a mouth spacer. Meaning film was not sitting flush . Had to be upside on top of roof of mouth with mouth spacer. Daughter was uncomfortable as it was cutting into the roof of mouth. 6 mins they tried .Then basically told us to get out . And still had to pay consultation. German lady also stated to me. Lucky she not my daughter. I understand totally daughter was not complying because it heart.but there was NO excuse for Arigance . I don’t know what’s wrong with people up hear . I have Never in my life been treated in such a manner . I don’t rate this mob . They don’t serve a star from my experience.

Growing up in the area, I’ve been to various dentists. Today was my first time at A-Smile and it was the absolute best dental experience of my life. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable, I felt more like I was in a fancy art gallery than at the dentist. Not only did the setting make me feel comfortable, but absolutely every single member of staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. I felt comfortable to ask as many questions as I had and even had a laugh with them all as well! I’ll be going back here! Amazing!
