I was looking to undertake some renovations on my home and was recommended to Ben Campbell Building by a friend that had recently used them.All of my dealings with them exceeded all expectations! They were well priced, extremely professional throughout the process and the workmanship and finished product was outstanding. My wife and I couldn't be happier. I would be only too happy to recommend Ben Campbell Building to any family or friends.

We undertook a major renovation and we could not be happier with the end result. Campbells transformed our brick 80s house with unworkable floor plan into an open plan new build that suits modern family living. We then undertook a second renovation on another property with Campbells and we were really pleased with the work and approach undertaken. The quality of finishes are fantastic and we really valued the honest and reliable service and support we received from Matt, Steve, Sophie and teams.

We had a great experience renovating our home with Campbell Construction Co. They were well organised with excellent communication. This was our first experience renovating so it was reassuring to have staff who were easily contactable & happy to answer any questions we had. The renovations went very smoothly due to the well organised schedule, we did have one delay due to a supply issue (due to covid) which was out of Campbell Construction Co control, the staff kept us well informed with the delays as well as offering alternatives. They worked really well with us throughout the whole experience. We couldn’t be happier with the end result - thank you!

We could not have been blessed with better service. Brendan is understanding knowlegable and an all round nice man and he has been so easy to deal with. My husband and I are very grateful for his professionalism and attention to detail. The job is coming along very nicely to date.

We have been clients of Campbell Construction Co over the last 12 months or so, building a new home in Mooloolaba. This was a knock down and re build from the ground up. We have found Ben, Adam, Sophie, Brock and all the team to be excellent and responsive to our needs. The build to date has been excellent and we are looking forward to moving in! We would highly recommend Campbell's to prospective renovators/new builds and would be happy to act as referees if required.

I am a tenant of a rental property that was damaged during the flooding of ex TC Debbie in March 2017.Ben Campbell Building Group was awarded the contract through insurance to carry out repairs on the property, we moved out for 3.5 months in late January until May 2018, while the repairs were being carried out. Ben Campbell Building Group then sub contracted out the job to various unknown local tradesmen. We were allowed to store our belongings in the locked garage of the property while we were gone.During the repairs several items of our personal possessions were stolen from the garage.Please note that I am not accusing Ben Campbell Building Group or any of its direct employees of theft or any other illegal activity.I have tried contacting BCBG on numerous occasions by email and telephone only to be ignored. When I was finally put in touch with the supervisor of this particular job I was told the items would be replaced, an email was supplied by me outlining the items missing. Again, since that date I have had no response.I feel BCBG has failed in its duty of care to reasonably secure the property during the repair period and/or subcontract reputable tradesmen.Since the keys to the property were used to gain entry our own insurance will not cover the theft. I have no way of proving who stole the items.Be careful of who you let into your property and be aware who you may be hiring to do a job may not be the person actually carrying out the job.I still await a resolve to this issue.

I settled a claim with my insurer and to have them [Campbell Construction] repair some hail damage. They [Campbell Construction] sent me an invoice with no details as to the work they would perform and asking for a deposit" and a "contract" with no start date. QBCC specifically advises DO NOT sign a contract with no start date. Campbell Constructions wants my money (not the insurance company's) without committing to make the repairs. They told my wife that they needed the deposit to buy the materials and couldn't commit to a start date until they ordered the materials. So they are in such dire financial straits that they can't afford to order a few thousand dollars for materials? Sounds like they will take my money and go out of business leaving me with no repairs and no recourse. In what universe would anyone ever pay for anything with no guarantee of actually receiving the goods or services? Would you pay a surgeon up front for an operation with the promise that they would "get around to it eventually"? Would you buy a new car and pay up front with the promise that you would get it "eventually"? That is this companies business model

Wes and his team were amazing to work with. They were super responsive, kept us up to date with any progress or possible delays. They were always on time, neat, cleaned up after themselves. The team was helpful, nothing was too much trouble. They had our best interests at heart at all times and were just a pleasure to work with, trying to relieve as much stress as they could under our circumstances. Would highly recommend them!
