Fantastic Furniture

There were 2 customers and 5 staff, I had to stand at the customer service desk for 5 minutes to wait for the staff to stop chatting in order to make my purchase

We started here looking for bedside tables. We wandered around on our own and not once were we approached by an employee. We were generally disappointed in the selection of what were looking for. The quality of what we did see was poor quality and common on the verge during white goods pickup. Parking was plentiful but our experience clearly explained why.

Great service inside the store the young girl was so friendly and helpful!!But when we picked up our purchase round the back no service whatsoever was just given a load of heavy boxes and had to sort it ourselves!! I couldn't help my husband as I have a sore back so he had to struggle on his own!!!

Brutal customer service.Arrange delivery and received a very specific message stating they will be there between 2pm & 5pm and that i would need to be home.Call the store at 4:45pm. Get told that the delivery service is brutal (their words, not mine) and that they always run very late.It is now 6:11pm, well over an hour late. We have paid $65 for delivery, which has not happened and I have wasted my entire afternoon and have now had to leave home for a prior engagement, to which I will be arriving late.This was a gift for my son’s birthday. We have disassembled his bed and cleared out his room in anticipation of the new gear arriving. He will be sleeping on the lounge until further notice.Fantastic Furniture, do not try and blame this on “the unreliable people that you sub contact to” (your words); they are a direct representation of your company.You service is absolutely brutal, and we will be requesting a full refund on Monday, especially for the delivery charges that were clearly a waste of money.You should treat your customers with a little more respect and not externalise the blame, when you choose to utilise the delivery service as it is a cheaper option.
