Trend Windows & Doors Cardiff

Do not use Trend windows, terrible service, take payment and do not deliver. Incorrect size glass was delivered for windows, still waiting for correct delivery to turn up and still waiting for fly screens 3 months after payment. Build is now delayed with extra cost for us. Staff promise and don’t deliver, calls are not returned and messages not passed on in the office. Standard response to issues is: “I will call you back “ which never happens. Am finding another supplier for next build, will not use Trend again.

If you want zero customer service then this is the place for you. Ordered a three panel door for a good price. Called them over a dozen times, emailed a dozen times. Got zero response to anything. Promised delivery date came and went, house was exposed for days waiting for any sort of contact from them, builders standing around, crane was sent back, cost me heaps of $ and time. I ended up going to the Cardiff shop and having to demand some sort of action. They showed zero interest in my thousands of $ investment.Door finally showed up out of the blue one day. 3 years on and the door handle is broken. After more unanswered calls I had to go back to the Cardiff shop. I had to flag down one of the factory guys because the office was unattended for the 30 mins I wandered around the showroom without seeing a single service person.Conversely my older doors from a wider line of manufactures are working perfectly and were seamlessly ordered, delivered and installed.I can't believe Trend is still in operation. If uter hopeless service is what you are after then give them a call. Then go bang your head against the wall for a few months - it will be less painful than dealing with any service based aspect of them.Trend please don't respond to this review by saying 'email us' - you don't respond! Ever! The complete disregard & ignorance of customer service is the entire basis of this review.Get your act together

They over charged me on my account and have taken 6 months and still haven’t reimbursed me the money. They are also sending me other account holders statement’s and invoices saying that they are my bills. Even when I did by windows from them they were constantly late with no heads-up.

Good product but Very Poor service and delivery. Recommend complete management overhaul. They promised to deliver window doors at a certain time so we knocked out the wall. They were delayed and forgot to not only bring and attach the reveals but forgot the keys to go with it. My builder had to race to the shop to get the reveals which then were the wrong size. Had to wait another 2 months to get the sliding door screen put in where they didn't even turn up without a phone call the first time when I had my sister have to wait around with 2 little kids. Very poor returning or getting into contact. Would not recommend using this company unless it changes management

Absolutely terrible!!!! This Newcastle office seems to be (very poorly) run by a bunch of young girls who:Do not follow up on thingsDo not pass on messagesDo not return phone callsDo not communicate properly at all!!They were however very good at making sure they got their payment, apart from that the service from this Newcastle office is PATHETIC!!Just to arrange ordering my screens and doors there were 3 phone calls never returned and two emails unanswered. After my persistence I eventually had my install booked in, even had a confirmation" call a week and a half out to make sure I still wanted it :? Then I had to email them to see if someone would organise a time on the day. Was told someone would contact me 2 days prior to install

Cardiff team were great to deal with from start to finish.Great communication and service all round from everyone.Service technicians completed the job on time and to a high standard.Would highly recommend this amazing team.

Thank you for our beautiful new doors. We found everyone we dealt with extremely professional and helpful. The doors fit in perfectly, we fully recommend Trend and we will be back.As before mentioned, we returned to purchase our new windows. Once again everyone was extremely helpful and professional and the product is of excellent quality. We are so happy we chose Trend's products to enhance our home.

I don't even know how this business is still operating. Do yourself a favour and pay attention to the reviews before thinking about being taken for a ride by them. Unable to contact them, refusing to answer calls or emails, took months for them to finally have someone turn up unannounced to install a screen door that wouldn't open or close because it was the incorrect size (Trend/their contractor came and measured for the quote). That didn't stop them from forcing it shut for us to come home and discover we couldn't open it. We're now more months down and still don't have a screen door or any idea when/if it might turn up again. But Trend don't seem to care, they've been paid so now they can ignore me for as long as they want after they failed to provide the product/service they promised.

Have contacted Trend Windows at least 5 times in the last 3 months waiting for someone to return my calls and emails regarding a quote for window replacement of my entire house. Not one call/email/reply. I would think they would want the business. Terrible Customer Service. I am going elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company under any circumstances. I ordered Timber, double-glazed windows for an entire house in June 2021. I am writing this review in March 2022 because my order has not been completed. I have two walls of glass in my living room which have not been delivered. I speak with Trend daily, they then promise to rectify the issue, promise delivery dates and then cancel at the last minute. This has been going on for close to 6 months. If you value your sanity, your order being fulfilled and your mental health, do not buy from them.
