Great customer service. Walid repaired my tyre puncture within minutes. I was feeling as deflated as the tyre was. Pun intended. I visited un-announced; in need of urgent repair.He was kind enough to promptly fix it. Walid checked safety of the remaining tyres and confirmed that the tyre pressure monitor system (TPMS) was in check on the digital dashboard.True gentleman. Thank you for making my day better than it was.Kindness matters. There is still a place for kindness in business.

I’m so impressed with the honesty and customer service.I’m always so wary of going to new mechanics from being ripped off terribly in the past, especially being a woman who doesn’t know much about cars.These guys are reasonably priced and so prompt with their service. I’ll be recommending them to everyone.

Walid has seriously restored my faith that there are good HONEST mechanics out there!!He is very transparent, up front with what needs to get done and doesn’t try to get you to do unnecessary work to rip you off. I needed a safety slip and found this place while filling in for petrol. I was interested with the $20 safety slip check but I was also a little doubtful as I had bitter experience with some mechanics. I found the ratings online as surprising and considered might worth a try.Anyway, I rang up to check if there's any availability, got there and greeted by Walid. My car was inspected in details and he pointed out the things he noticed as recently done such as new pads and wipers.He mentioned about competitive pricing, sounds very reasonable and I'm definitely considering to have the next service done here.With the level of service and technical information, I'm pretty sure I'll need to book the work way in advance, to ensure I can get it done when I need it. Very helpful!!! Pointed me in the direction of my shock absorbers needed changing… checked around for other quotes but was a mile cheaper than anyone else! Would 100% recommend! Great service!

Powered steering went on our Mitsubishi Colt, we were back on the road within the day. The team went out of their way, knowing how reliant were are on the car for getting the kids to school. This was after the local Mitsubishi dealer had told us it would be 4 weeks to get an appointment to assess it.

I'm sure the service and quality of work is outstanding but seeing a lady in a wheelchair trying to navigate the sidewalk with mechanic cars parked on pedestrian walkway was not ideal. Do better for the disabled and think before you park.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for Walid and his team. These guys are hands down the most professional and trustworthy mechanics I've ever used. The prices are fair, the attention to detail was outstanding, turnaround time was quick and the communication was impressive. It's so hard to find a trustworthy business like Walids and I highly recommend calling Ace Mechanix if you have any vehicle mechanical servicing or maintenance requirements.

I was lucky to find Wally on the internet. Since I’ve been going I’ve found him to be both a top notch mechanic and and all round nice guy. Where other mechanics have only been interested in lining their own pockets, Wally has given us honest advice about our car even talking is out of spending unnecessary money. It’s rare in this day and age to come across someone so thoughtful and genuine. I would recommend Wally to everyone who values great workmanship and personal integrity.David
