Rude and abrupt customer service. wasted my time going in to set up an account to chase a price which was substantially higher then other wholesalers in the end. recommend not wasting your time and going else where.

I had my zone 1app. It was working fine. Paid extra $$$to get the app so I can operate it from my mobile. Soon as they come up with the latest version app, mine stopped working and it’s not in App Store anymore. Contacted metal flex they said they won’t be able to help me.They should have told me before I paid extra to get it. If it’s going to work for only 3 years ,I wouldn’t have paid extra. They simply didn’t care. Never with this mob again.
