This is going to be a long review but well worth the read, because you will not find better customer service anywhere else! Peter and Sadek were nothing short of amazing from the very first interaction. I enquired about a car that I had seen online but was very reluctant as I had never heard of these guys before however, I made the call and spoke with Peter and instantly felt at ease. He made me feel comfortable, and was not pushy in the slightest. He gave me all of the information I needed and left the decision up to me as to what my next steps were to be. I came in the next day and was met with a big smile from Peter and knew that it was going to be a fun experience. I was also amazed at how I had never heard of these guys before, because their warehouse had a car for everyone. Finance was also brought up in my discussion with Peter, so I was introduced to Sadek and instantly knew that it was going to be a smooth and easy process. He was was upfront and honest, and told me how it was. I knew that I could trust him, and knew he would get it done for me. Finance was approved instantly upon application, and when I say instantly, I mean as soon as we hit submit, we got the approval within seconds - he is that good! As soon as finance was approved, Peter got the car in 10/10 condition, ready for me to driveaway and made a Toyota Corolla look and feel like I was driving away in a $100,000 car. I left the warehouse not only with a brand new car, but with a brand new perspective of car dealerships" because of Peter and Sadek. They are that amazing at what they do

I had a great experience with the Auto Mega Warehouse team, especially with Jonathan Mawer. I went for a test drive and found the car I wanted. I was getting the car through a leasing company my employer uses, which was an absolute nightmare to deal with. However, Jonathan remained patients and super helpful despite the frustration and even liaised with them directly at times to try to speed up the process. Super grateful, amazing customer service!

Rahim was fantastic! We were looking between two cars. The choice was easy with the service they offered. The finance took a long time and they were very patient throughout.
