Samsung Liverpool

I met Mia in store at the Liverpool store today. She was wonderful and very helpful. She was simply wonderful, answered all my questions and told me tips on how to navigate my new Samsung z fold 4.

Friendliest customer service team ever, fantastic communication, knowledge, and expertise by the technicians there. Not sure why the person below me is spamming bad reviews because I continuously have an amazing experience at this store. :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Drove over a hour to pickup an item that was out in for repairs. Team spent 30 minutes “looking” for item and then provided to tell me it was lost and that I need to come back when they find it. Disgusting service and horrible attitude from all team working.

Excellent service, helped me transfer my s5 contacts and messages over to my s10. Incredibly patient and reliable service delivered by Daylan. Very greatful for his customer service, truly made me happy. Thanks again

Edit: after posting this review I was offered a 10% discount for being patient. Disgusting. Refund me.If I could give 0 stars I would have.Avoid this place, unless you want to be left with out a phone. Customer service reps don't care about the customers and don't really have a clue about what's going on.Disappointing service.Dropped my phone off for repair 2 months ago and I still dont have a phone. Parts weren't available and then I was offered a replacement phone. Nil updates. I have escalated to fair trading. At this point, I'd be happy to just get a refund to support me buying a new phone but I've been denied refunds as only the VOC team can process this. I've logged multiple calls with the samsung technical team asking for a call back from the VOC team. No call back

Is there any way I can rate ZERO STAR?I took my phone to have it repaired at Samsung Liverpool and they literally took more than a just for the LCD replacement of my Samsung Galaxy S20+, the phone my primary communicating device and not having it with me for more a month is massive amount of inconvenience, did like 10-15 phone calls to Samsung and few emails but upon calling the customer service team were not very helpful and emails were just ignored. Made the payment of $560 in the very first day of me taking my phone for repair but later received a message after 15 to 20 days saying your phone is ready for collection" but upon collecting it wasn't even repaired and I had to take it back to them again then received another message stating I am required to make further payment for LCD which was already paid. They didn't even bother to check in their system whether the payment was done already or not and were waiting for me to make the payment before even they start having my phone repaired.Been disgusted

Mia and Kenneth were most helpful in fixing my device up as I wasn't able to access the phone itself with all the cleaning apps I had. They helped remove them all without wiping the device, highly recommended there service. Thank you

Thank you Gabby for great service and being patient with all the issues I have with my phone as well as helping me order my new device. Would definitely come back and ask for her service again when needed. 100% recommend her customer care, she definitely has what it takes to become manager
