Raised rent without liasing with landlord, spent a ton of time twiddling their thumbs regarding a potentially fatal electrical issue which was never fixed. Only emailed me between the hours of 10pm-2am. The only positive experience I had was when I went into the office as I was ending my tenancy to talk about the amount owed where my agents boss was able to solve an issue that the agent had spent days not answering :)

Poor experience using PIA to manage my rental property. Felt rushed into accepting a lease under the advertised rental price, lost money with mismanagement of paying special strata levies and wound up paying interest, and at the conclusion of the tenancy the agent (Tony Wang) failed to acknowledge any of the damage to my property siding with tenants interest when I attempted to retain the rental bond to cover costs.Overall, I felt unsupported, uninformed of how my property was being managed and would never use an agent from PIA again.

I would like to thank Massimo who looked after us during our stay at Westmead, it has been a great pleasure to be tenants under PIA, the agents are very professional and responsive. We spent more than 2 years at the property and everything was attended to promptly. Thank you PIA, all the best!

As tenants, we'll never rent a PIA property again. One star is too many. The agent was rude when we reported maintenance issues and asked for them to be followed up. Some issues never got attended to during our lease. The owner sold the apartment and the new management company was much better, so I can't comment on the end of the lease with PIA. But as I said, never again will I put myself through the stress of dealing with them. If you are already leasing through them, contact Western Sydney Tenants' Service if you need assistance, they were very helpful to us.
