UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR... Made an over the phone appointment on the Saturday for the coming Monday and she knew who I was. Arrived 5 minutes before the required time on the Monday morning as her only client. Nicely greeted each other...then 4 seconds after (I had not said anything) she started raising her voice at me saying that she had changed her mind and didn't want me as a client....I was startled and stunned......she asked me to leave immediately and I was out the front door in seconds. I was totally astounded by her sudden flip around and unusual behaviour.I owned the largest ultra modern Boutique Hair and Beauty Salon in Coffs Harbour co-jointly with my wife who was the President of the Coffs Chamber of Commerce. Employing 11 excellent and highly Sydney trained professional staff...they never had any problems with me or I with them. I have been a Justice of the Peace and have even been nominated for Citizen of the Year 2003 in Wyong Shire when I was only in my 40's. A population of well over 170,000 people. I have all documents at home to prove my claims..as well as a previous Commission by the Governor of NSW as Vice Chairperson of the Central Coast Catchment Board. Can't recommend her because of her totally dramatic and unwarranted attitude.

I got three piercings here, including a helix, which i was very hesitant on as ive heard a lot of horror stories. However, the shop and equipment was also very clean and the service was fantastic. Will definitely recommend and go back again.
