MHIA Insurance Customer Service Officers were very helpful and professional in guiding me through the process to insure our on-site caravan. It was handled promptly and with ease. Thank you.

We are so embarrassed to be insured with MHIA. not only us roughly another 28 homes from this village. Like we said on the 12th. March 280 Homes in our village and MHIA are the only company not acknowledging our claim. As they send an engineer with a drone. NOT a roofer with a ladder who is qualified to make the right assessment. Still only wanting to fix small things that can be seen from the ground, with $2,000 excess.We even asked MHIA. to get a roof painter to do a coat of Rust Proofing and two good top coats of paint (to stop rust appearing) after hail damage.MHIA. will not do the right thing.It would be pretty much impossible to reinsure with another Insurance Company with HAIL Damage.There is at least Another 9 Insurance Companies, that have done the right thing, and are paying out for the roofs to be replaced.We have to give MHIA. 1 Star really. MHIA - My House Is Amazing now that MHIA have taken care of it ! From first moment of my claim Lauren and the team were friendly and professional. Their communication and support kept me up to date with the various disciplines within the project taking care of things so I didn't have to worry about anything. Highly recommend MHIA and I'm now very happy with my new roof and all other damage now repaired.

After considerable searching and refused applications for my insurance it was an absolute joy to deal with MHIA. Every step in the application process was most professional.

We are feeling very let down by MHIA. We live in a lifestyle villageAfter waiting more than 2 weeks for an assessor to come to inspect .he finally arrived and only looked at our roof by drone. I was unimpressed as do not believe it could be assessed this way and without personal inspection. We are still waiting for a report on it after 20 days.Also unimpressed by $2000 hail excessThe $600 was the only one mentioned in our phone conversations .Dan @ Jerri

MHIA was very easy to work with online, extremely efficient and quick to deal with my insurance cover. I did not have any problems with them at all
