Great service. Ordered some cables through John and they were in store and ready for me to pick up the next business day. He called me when they had arrived. Some good old fashion service that is hard to find from the bigger retailers these days.

I took a laptop with trashed hinges, and although it couldn't be fixed they were honest and did me a solid favour. If I need something fixed again, I will start here!

Very poor communication , customer service and no concern for customer needs. Did not contact me as promised to tell me what was wrong with my laptop and give me a quote before fixing it. AFTER 2 whole days of waiting and me phoning in twice to check if they had a looked at my laptop yet (each time the manager said he had not looked at it yet). Finally I decided to cancel the check up as I was running out of time. I had explained at the outset that I needed to fly out of town within 3 days. When I phoned to cancel, I was told that they had ordered a spare part in and they were waiting for it to arrive. I asked why wasn't I informed beforehand. The manager got very argumentative and obnoxious saying that I have to paythem some money if i did not want my laptop fixed. Kept talking over me and demanded I come to the shop to argue about it and abruptly ended my call.

Super helpful, great prices and fast service , can't fault them

Quoted me $60.00 and after i had donated my old gaming pc decided to charge $160.00 at time of collection, with no advice on additional charges during the 5 days they had my pc's. Poor form boys.

Worked with them remotely to resolve email issues and then when we had a hardware problem it was done within two days. Greg was so helpful. We find this company very reliable and trustworthy to deal with on all of our PC items.Great company to deal with. They built our PC four years ago and have serviced it for us regularly since. Really helpful and good communication.

Great service, good products, my i5 Desktop purchased from them in 2009 is still running perfectly and when my daughters laptop harddisk failed recently they were very helpful in providing advise on best SSD replacement.

L&J has been my computer shop for years. They've moved a couple of times and ive followed. Great service!
