It was good experience overall. I love the environment and my hair dresser Renee was very good, love her. As my hair were so long so it took long time to do my wash, cut and styling but she was patience and did it very well.

Reene and Ming have performed extraordinary hair colouring and perm. They listened to my requests, explained the options available, and warned me about the risk of the particular service I requested. They also told me that if I'm not happy with my colour/ perm, I could return to get the hair fix. The service and aftercare are incredible, and I highly recommend Reene and Ming at Devior Hair.

When I say don’t go here I mean it, I booked in for a consult they guaranteed they could do my hair. I booked in an appointment 2 weeks ago for my roots to be bleached and my whole head toned, I was so excited to look good again but after the job and i saw the work I was shocked, when I got home I burst out crying as what I thought was going to be a nice trip to a salon leaving me with fresh hair ready for extensions, I’ve been left with yellow roots a lighter midsection than the roots and ends and random spots that are just overall darker. I informed the salon I was booking in for hair extensions and would purchase and bring them back to the salon the following week, a woman offered me extensions I said no as they were darker than my hair, she then reassured me she could colour match them to my hair and so I put my whole trust in her, i came home with black tips (the tapes black? attached to my scalp when my roots are blonde and orange to grey extensions. I would love the extensions to be removed and a full refund for this hair, I also feel as if I was coerced into purchasing them when the hair dresser knew full well they wouldn’t match. Anyone that knows extensions knows that bleaching extensions ruins the hair, the hair 1 does not match 2 is so dry and brittle that in only 2 weeks its begun breaking. I went in today to get a repair and a partial refund as I thought that was fair, and when I arrived they begun yelling at me when I asked for a refund, I was adamant I wasn’t getting ripped of so I sat down and tried to just stand my ground demanding a refund. They yelled at me for about 2 hours and I have videos of this.I am now going to civil court! But wanted to warn any one else please do not go to Devoue hair if you care about your hair.The ACCC states as followsBusinesses can't take away a consumer's right to a refund or replacement for faulty products or services. It's illegal for businesses to rely on store policies or terms and conditions which deny these rights. For example, policies which say 'no refunds' or 'no refunds or exchanges on sale items'.

absolutely shocking- I repeat do not go to this salon for hair color or extensions. they will provide you with wrong advice and claim you are at fault. Extremely rude staff members and aggressive people.

WORST SALON EVER. They do not know what they are doing and how to operate a business. If you want damaged and fried hair- go to this place. Rude staff and aggressive. If you want to go there, I’d recommend bringing a lawyer and cops.

Don’t go here!! They have no idea what they are doing. They will bleach the hell out of your extensions leaving them dry as hell and breaking and then refuse to take them out and refund you even though qualified hair dressers know you don’t bleach extensions!!! The owner and staff are rude and will yell at you to not give you a refund!

Would not recommend. My friend had her hair done and it was left absolutely fried. Felt like barbie doll hair, absolutely poor customer service. When she tried to tell them and ask for something to be done they refused a refund or even a new set of hair! Who bleaches extensions???? Not right at all. Don’t risk your hair people .

Amazing experience. She was really fun to talk to, she really understood what i wanted and made it real even if my hair is not the best for the haircut i wanted! She showed me how to style it at home too. Made me feel really confident! Would recommend for haircuts 100%!
