Went in on Sunday the 23/1 with my sister, the two girls working, Maddy and Summer, were so kind and helpful. Definitely not getting paid enough to deal with the rude customers coming in!

Great products and clean environment, however they have terrible customer service, the staff at the register forgot to ask me if I was a PERKS member and rolled their eyes when I told her that I was a member. Afterwards I was interested in the tote bags behind the register and they told me AFTER I paid that I had to buy something else to be able to purchase it. I'm not sure why this behaviour was only targeted at me, as the woman in front of me was served nicely.

Visited Penrith Typo today, Cashier Rachel (written on the receipt) has no customer service skills, absolutely rude, I understand that it is Sunday but did not speak a word other than “it’s two for $15”. Great training Cotton On Group.
