Hollywood Nails

I had my nails done 11 days ago - tips with acrylic and normal nail polish. They’ve been lifting for a few days already.I usually do my nails myself but thought I’d treat myself and get them done professionally for an important event I had, however I will not be getting them done again, especially here. I have to remove them as they’re lifting so bad now. A set should last AT LEAST 2 weeks, i can usually go 3-4 weeks with no lifting.I called to ask what can be done about it and they said “come in and we can look”. However, I don’t have time to go in before it hits the 2 week mark due to work and the shops opening hours.$80 down the drain - extremely disappointed and won’t recommend this salon to anyone.

I don’t get why people are leaving bad reviews? I’ve been here twice and I’ve adored my nails both times, i was never treated poorly and the customer service was good, especially as I’m someone who has bad anxiety when it comes to getting my nails done, I love this place

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!My daughter saved up her own money to get her nails done at Hollywood Nails in Eastland. She paid $90 and the nails were appalling and began chipping within 3 days. The manager was rude and confrontational when I (calmly) tried to address it with her and find a solution. Ultimately we just had the nails removed and blew the $90.

Nails were so thick they looked awful and very messy and wonky. I went straight to the nail place next door and had them removed. Very disappointing will not be returning.

Alice did a fantastic job on my nails. They are looking fabulous. So coming back to see her again next month

My go to nail place!! I go here every 3 weeks to get my nails done!! Always so accomodating, and always meet my requests. Love going here!!

Took my little girl in for a special day to have pedicure and manicure done together. She requested for a special sign and was told to pick plain colours instead instead of being accommodating to the complete her request. She was a little disappointed with the experience provided.We will not return to this place - Your business lost a decent sale for the day for as both of us wanted matching sets of special design.We found a more accommodating venue to complete our nails the way we wanted them to be rather than what was convenient for the venue.

Do not waste your time or money. Went for a pedicure, came out with crooked nails, nail polished that looks like it was done by a two year old.The staff are rude. The person who did my pedicure was rough, and half done, they were rude, the massage was nothing, just rubbed my legs for maximum 30 seconds. Massage chair didn't work, staff on mobile phones, complete lack of respect.Staff member didn't speak to me when finished, just got up, walked off and checked their phone.When I paid, the staff member wouldn't show me the cost. I was disgusted to pay $45.00 for nothing.Will never go there again.

Fist time been here and never come back anymore. Terrible skill, Terrible service . The staff with nose piercing was crude while doing my nails, don’t even say sorry even she hurt my finger, and just stare on me . I should see the review before I went in .Can see that nail was askew too show on the photo

Horrendous nails, shaping was wonky, I’ve got glue all around my nail on my skin, I didn’t get the colour I chose and when I said ‘I don’t think that’s the colour I chose’ they pretty much ignored me. There’s hair stuck in the sns on my nails. The sns is lumpy and not smooth. Really really disappointed.
