Prouds the Jewellers Browns Plains

We have purchased a lot of jewellery from Prouds.Engagement ring, wedding rings (both), gifts etc.Thousands of dollars.My wife took a Prouds ring in to be repaired, over 3 weeks ago.During drop off, staff tried to suggest that it was not Prouds jewellery.First strike.Today, my wife calls to check on the repair, to be told that the repair is complete and had been so since the 26/9/21.According to the staff at Prouds Browns Plains, they do not bother customers upon completion of repairs.Second strike.Perhaps, I won't bother with spending my money at Prouds jewellers again.Absolutely terrible customer service.

The manager was pretty rude. I got earrings as gift and she asked if it was for a gift and I said yes. I picked wanted I wanted made the purchase and she was going to give me a normal bag. Asked for a gift and she grabbed it and just chucked the earrings in. All the other ladies were offered a nice gift bag and I felt like I was treated less.

Staff are rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I won't be returning to this store in the future

The staff are very lovely and very helpful nothing is to much trouble for them I am doing bracelets for my grandchildren and they were move than helpful .

Went in to ask about a ring I saw online and if it was resizeable. Lady with red hair was not interested whatsoever and couldn’t care less or would even try to see if it was possible. Just said that the rings can’t be resized and the largest size is an S in a different ring. Called up forest lake prouds and they told me the ring I wanted could be resized and they could get it done within a week. Go to forest lake prouds. These people at browns plains aren’t helpful at all.

I had my Grandmother's rings remodelled into an amazing wedding band to fit with my unique engagement ring. Pierre the jeweller did an amazing job. Cannot thank him enough, highly recommended.

Very poor customer service. Walked in twice not a single staff member said hello was waited to be served in the end I just ended up walking out.

Fou n d staff helpfull as wife had a to replace chain for pendant , went to other jewlers wanted over 100 dollars just for a normal necklace , prouds found the perfect one for 50 great price , wife happy everyone happy ...

Great service and prices are reasonably cheap. Repairs and adjustments done and after sales service is great
