These ladies are amazing.I ride a mobility scooter and the shop is small but they always go out of there way to make it as easy as possible.Sharon especially is always so up beat and always makes it an awesome experience for all her customers.

Hi I shop at the Bateau Bay store every week. They call me by name now and likewise I call them by name. Sharon the manager is always helpful and sometimes I can be quite annoying at times, trying to find the best price for smokes for my husband. But they never get cranky or agitated they are quite helpful to me at all times. If I could give them more stars I would.. I have never seen them to be rude to a customer and it gets quite busy in the store at times and all I have ever seen is professionalism at the best.. So if they are reading this good work ladies.

I would like to thank the staff atBateau Bay smokemart for the biggest help on black Friday sales ...bought a Metallica table at the store then they called another store closer to my area ...as I was on holidays...and found a couple of barstools in hurstville for me .....thanks again Bateau Bay..I'll be back when we come back up there again :) great service

All the girls here are great, they always give the best price option & know their stuff. I shop there regularly & wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a customer for the last couple of years. The staff there are so friendly, and always greet you with a smile. In particular Sharon . For sure, 5 star Marea

Don't bother buying any of the pretty looking 'Swig' branded drinkware, it is HORRENDOUS quality. I handwashed the clear lid before use and the plastic latch on one side of the sliding lid broke as it was faulty, most likely due to a manufacturing fault or just really bad quality...I tried to exchange it for another one at this store (with the receipt, item was only purchased less than 10 days ago) but they refused and obviously their products come with zero warranties....now I am stuck with a useless cup with no closing lid...be sure to purchase your drinkware off a larger retailer like Amazon or Myer, at least they look after their customers if there is a problem with a product. I try to support small business when I can, but their 'unreliable' faulty returns policy / non-existent product warranty has put me off, I don't recommend this store to anyone and won't be shopping at Smokemart again.

I come in here quite often because the service, conversation and the amazing smile that I recieve from Ashleigh is amazing, so good to see such a good employee going out of their way to make customers happy!
