I would like to personally thank Cheryl Rebello for helping us get our insurance. Cheryl went above and beyond as many other insurance brokers didn't bother to provide a quote. I would highly recommend Cheryl for her quick response and prompt communication and service.

I came across to Midland via MD Insurance Brokers, who we have been with for many many years. I was a little concerned when they were taken over by Midland Insurance as to whether or not the great service I had become accustomed to by MD, and in particular David Peek, would continue. I had cause to have to use Midland a little while ago and even though generally the service provided was OK/good I eventually call David Peek back who provided me with solid and helpful information and assistance. He followed things up and kept in touch with me making the experience a good one.Hopefully, the rest of the team in claims are being trained by him, and are being taught to provide the correct information the first time around which in turn saves the client an enormous amount of time.Having said all that, I already have recommended people toward MD Insurance previously and Midland on many occasions.I hope the service will continue to ensure Midland remains a preferred broker as it is what your stand out feature is.Many thanks for the opportunity to comment.
