The office staff at rhino were amazing. Friendly, helpful, very accommodating. I would be happy for rhino to look after my vehicle any time. The work done on my car was satisfactory, however when I had received the car it was received with a dead battery. I was told the battery is old and that's why it went dead, not sure why suddenly a working battery went dead. I also found the staff to be little arrogant when communicating, although the phone lady was very nice to talk to.

After my sister had a good experience with Rhino I took my car in for two insurance jobs and I was not disappointed.Really friendly, straight forward and helpful - to say they went above and beyond in fixing my car is an under statement. The work, some of which was fiddly and in an annoying place, looks absolutely seamless even with the car's metallic paint. They also fixed another issue at a really good price.Kirsty, Andrew and the rest of the team came highly recommended and with good reason, I can not fault them and encourage anyone who needs body work done to check them out.
