It is with disappointment that I have to write this negative review. We recently had our 1 year service of our Kia sorento. 2 weeks following this, our car broke down suddenly in the Hunter Valley, which required us to have the car towed and seen by a mechanic. The car was not able to be fixed by the mechanic and had to be towed to Kia Orange over 100+km away. Kia Orange admitted that there was a faulty part and has replaced the part. We have requested on several occasions that the mechanic bill for $277 be paid by Kia Orange with NO response at all to any of these requests.Given my experience and the fact that there has been no response from Kia Orange I am writing this review.BEWARE having your car serviced at Kia Orange as you may find yourself with numerous other costs due to faulty parts.
